I had emergency surgery on a broken wrist recently and my washing machine has been on the fritz,…read moreleaking all over the floor. Short story. Went to the Laundry Center to have someone else do my laundry. The laundry center turned out to be $.75 less a pound than an unnamed spot I had called right down the street. Sierra attended to me, told me that there was a good chance she could get my laundry done within the next hours. She was super gracious and professional. I had my own soap and she said there was no problem using mine. Four hours later I got a text and went and picked up my stuff. Sierra had already gone home so I was attended to by a young man. He was also great. My laundry was packaged neatly by categories and the young attendant helped me take my pretty heavy bag to my truck. The customers I saw were mostly older folks, everything was super clean, and I felt like I could go do my laundry there at anytime day or night and not have my stuff stolen or deal with feeling unsafe. That has not been my experience in the past of most laundromats, although they were not in Klamath Falls and it definitely was a long time ago. AnyWho, highly recommended on my part. My friend also says she does her bedding there and told me to go there.

Dropped off a dress shirt and jeans to be pressed and starched. First time taking anything to them…read more Both turned out fine. The customer service on the other hand was absolutely piss poor. Owner proceeded to berate and belittle me for not giving her a name when I picked up the clothes. For starters, I was never asked for a name or phone number while dropping them off, which I thought to be odd but assumed they would reference my receipt if needed. The amount of attitude I was given for doing nothing wrong was ridiculous. Owner then tried to back peddle and claim it was a "long day". I understand having long days but the customer comes first and should be treated as such. Don't reccomend giving them your time, the women here are too much of a hassle. Not impressed and will not be returning.

Now my 600 dollar set is is ruined. Beware, these people are NOT PRFESSIONALS!

I dropped off 8 white shirts to be heavy starched. They had already been cleaned and bleached and…read morejust needed starch and pressed. I dropped them off on a Monday and they told me they would be ready the following Monday at 5pm. That was great considering I live 100 miles away and wouldn't be back until the following Tuesday. When I went in the following Tuesday at 4:30pm, they couldn't find the shirts. After 10 minutes of searching I watched her digging through a basket and find my shirts buried in a pile at the bottom. They told me to cone back in 30 mins and they would be done. I met with a client and came back an hour later. The shirts still weren't finished so I waited until they were done. It was now 5:30 and they close at 6pm. They shirts were still wet and I could already see that the press was terrible. I had to cancel on 2 clients because of this costing be far more on income than it was worth for this horrible job. They charged me $39 to clean the shirts, after I already told them they were clean, and another $14 for starching them. The collars are wrinkled, there are more wrinkles on the shirts and now there are stains and burn marks on them. An absolute waste of my time and money. I now have to wash them all AGAIN and press them myself. Thanks for nothing but creating more work for me and costing me more money. I will never use them again.
