I had emergency surgery on a broken wrist recently and my washing machine has been on the fritz, leaking all over the floor. Short story. Went to the Laundry Center to have someone else do my laundry. The laundry center turned out to be $.75 less a pound than an unnamed spot I had called right down the street. Sierra attended to me, told me that there was a good chance she could get my laundry done within the next hours. She was super gracious and professional. I had my own soap and she said there was no problem using mine. Four hours later I got a text and went and picked up my stuff. Sierra had already gone home so I was attended to by a young man. He was also great. My laundry was packaged neatly by categories and the young attendant helped me take my pretty heavy bag to my truck. The customers I saw were mostly older folks, everything was super clean, and I felt like I could go do my laundry there at anytime day or night and not have my stuff stolen or deal with feeling unsafe. That has not been my experience in the past of most laundromats, although they were not in Klamath Falls and it definitely was a long time ago. AnyWho, highly recommended on my part. Clean, machines of various sizes for heavy loads. Didnt see any broken machines. Went at noon on Tuesday, was not busy. In and out in 43 minutes. About $9 a load which is a bit high but comparable to other places I have used. read more

As a travel RN in KFalls, it is nice to find a clean, well run laundromat. All the machines are clean and there are very few that have broke down. Get there early on the weekends. Staff is helpful if there is an issue with a machine. They also have drop off service. read more

Moved to Klamath Falls in August 2023 from Portland. I have used this laundromat twice now and it is the cleanest, well maintained, professional laundromat I have ever been to. The owners are friendly, helpful and always available to help. The options for sizes of loads is amazing. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs to do large loads. read more

I had a great trip to do my laundry here the on site laundry attendant Nikki was very nice and helpful. I was having problems with technology and she went and beyond to help me. Very clean! Smells good too- I love the smell of clean laundry . 99.5% of all machines were working. There is a huge variety in sizes as well! The staff were friendly and helpful. Clothes were cleaned and dried in no time. They have services available where you can drop off laundry to be washed for you. Also dry cleaning, rug cleaning, and large bedding cleaning/dry cleaning. I'll update my post once I've used these. If my future washer ever goes out I'd come back here though. read more

Humongous washers and dryers that clean and dry quick! A cold wash only took 23 min, and drying times are fair. I was able to dry two home, non industrial sized laundry loads worth of clothes in one machine within 49 min! The fact that the machines take credit card is super convenient, especially when it's hard to find coins during a national coin shortage. Great place to get your laundry done! Once more a great laundry at which we dropped our washing off for wash and fold services. Pick up at the end of the day - not a problem. Back after 5 and the washing was all done and neatly folded. Cost was under $22 - t he same as the last time and it was a weeks washing. I can only say don't hesitate - drop it off and relax. read more

This place is always clean. It seems like every other week several dryers break down. It's still my very favorite Laundromat in Klamath. If you're doing laundry on the weekends get there early! There's a thousand Mexicans that pile in there from about 9-5. read more

If I could give zero, I would. Dropped off laundry on Sunday at 10:50am. no other laundry before me, come back at 2:30pm and now she says 4 people in front of me that dropped off at 7am. This worker does this all the time and the machines were super dirty. Someone's nasty underwear was left on a machine. Thankfully, I will no longer need to use laundromat. I would only recommend dropping laundry off during the week. This hasn't been an option for me since I home office and was building my house. So I guess they are not interested in making the extra money. Good riddance!!! read more

I'm giving this place one star because the owner (?) or worker didn't believe that the detergent dispenser took 4 of my quarters. She looked down at me as she counted out 50 cents worth of pennies I needed exchanged for quarters, while commenting to her co-worker that now she'd have to deposit pennies today at the bank. Their conversation continued with a discussion of how dirty all of their customers were today. Owner or not, it's never a good idea to discuss customers in front of other customers, especially in such a negative manner. Shame on you! read more

Very clean. Washing was a little pricey, but it was quick. Good dryers done in half hour for a good size load. Staff was very helpful. Suggest games for kids to keep them occupied. A great place to get laundry done while traveling. read more

I like this laundry center they have the large wash and dry machines for larger items such as sleeping a bags and bed spreads.

This place is good if you have a lot of clothing or huge blankets to wash. If you only have a small load I would go elsewhere. I think the price per load is fair. The machines are clean and staff is helpful. They have debit card scanners to pay or you can use coins. read more

This place is decent, can be too busy at times, but not often. The larger washers kind of smell though.

Best I've ever been to!!! Washed 6 very large , heavy ,thick blanket's in one washing machine and they came out great!!! Dried them in one dryer and they were completely dry in16 minutes!!! I still can't believe it!!!! read more
