This was the worst customer service ever!!! Since when do you need a driver's license to rent…read morestorage? Last I knew as long as you had valid ID you could rent one. Proper customer service would be to tell people what the requirements are to rent a storage unit at your location. If you work there you should know that info. Say you don't tell people what they need over the phone, ok but when they walk in to your office, you allow them to fill out a rental contract then fill out and sign a money order and when they hand you back everything with their ID you tell them "I can't rent to you because you don't have a driver's license." That's bullshit! Then you refuse to give me the managers contact info, this is the worst storage unit I have ever dealt with. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!!!

The management is very petty. We didn't have to deal with them often but when we did it was always…read morea hassle. Nitpicking, little charges for nothing. Like they were doing you a favor by renting to you. The facility is nice. We moved solely because of the management. People matter. Moved to Best Homes Storage a little ways away where the owner has been great to deal with. We checked out on 6/15 - A Plus then charged rest of the month's rent (Ok, we can deal with that) PLUS $45 saying that we gave less than 2 weeks notice from the time we moved out. End of the month 6/30 was 2 wks 1 day away. I pointed this out and they didn't even respond. Asked when we got the bill if the unit was still available (since we are paying for it). It was filled immediately so they made plenty. They didn't indicate they would refund the $45. See what I mean. Petty.

I've had good customer service when reserving a trailer and having questions answered before hand. Both from professionally acting women. Unfortunately, i recently reserved a trailer for a one way trip and when I went to pick it up they had rented to someone else already. They told me I was suppose to pick it up at 11am that morning. I was never contacted to schedule this pick up time and would not have been able to leave my work to get it anyway. Also, after talking to other Uhaul representatives in a not so nearby town, they said with one way rentals they don't schedule times to pick up because the trailer is rented for a 3 day period. The employer there had two things to say " they were supposed to have called you" and "there is nothing we can do bro, you were supposed to be here at 11am to pick it up". Maybe it's an age thing but I feel they rented it out from under me. The Uhaul in Medford saved me, although it cost me a 150 mile round trip and $30 in gas to pick up the trailer. So be cautious, you don't know what you'll get here.

The temperature stays between 66-74 degrees at all times. Unit sizes include 5X10 to 20X10. These units have an indoor hallway and alarm systems for extra protection. Also, WE ARE Above Ground Level!! This means that we have a drainage system that goes underneath our entire asphalt platform driving area. All moisture drains away from anything on our surface to underground. There is never any moisture leaking into a unit on our property.
