This is a great storage site but be forewarned the owner tends to micro manage his business and that prolly ok with some folks but prefer not to be micro managed cause I'm flat out to old for that. Rather I tend to believe I'm smart enough to figure how to lock and unlock a unit on my own, well he has his way of doing things but so do I your best bet is to politely ignore him and he will go away lol. Seriously, a bunch of good folks here and his storage units are priced right and the location is great! If I had something to store I'll go back.

Check your item thoroughly before accepting (they delivered a scratched and damaged cabinet-took it back- had it for a few months, then redelivered with a broken lock so I could not access one side, (3) DO NOT have them do anything in your home. One of the owners said she could paint my front door and some of my indoor trim. The sister did the door and it is fine. The owner painted the trim, less than mediocre job. However in the process, she knocked over an extremely heavy glass top table on a marble pedestal, which she broke. She was in such a state that she had to leave. The lack of professionalism and outright self-centered response to her ineptitude was completely unacceptable. I sent her pictures of the breakage which she refused to acknowledge. She called me a 'witch" when I called her out on her unacceptable behavior. And although she broke a one-of-a-kind table (I previously warned her to be careful around my belongings), her response was that because "she did not mean to..", she should not be held accountable. WOW!! Her modus operandi is to play the victim, so be forewarned. Cannot recommend at all.
