I called the front desk to make a payment and during the call the woman at the desk became very defensive when I mentioned I would prefer to receive a notice prior to the lien notice (state requirement is to be notified prior to this). She became very emotional and was upset I stated I felt the lack of any attempt to reach me was "lazy" at which point she tried to bait me into an argument which I had no interest in talking to her aside from running my card. When I told her as much she hung up on me. I called back to pay the bill and she started to berate me on the phone and refused to accept the payment. Since the unit is in lien she is required to take my money to prevent unlawful sale of my unit. I called a third time and just asked to speak to someone else, I got the phone number of the manager Barry who was off duty and called him. Eventually I reached him and was able to just give him the card information without the drama. I just wanted to pay for my unit on auto bill pay and to receive notice of some kind prior to them trying to auction my unit. THIS IS EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, literally the worst I have seen from a storage facility. This lady should be fired, her sole purpose is to conduct transactions. Just run my card and take my money, I shouldn't have to interact with a horrible associate to make this happen. I shouldn't have to contact the manager who is off duty and not on site. Other than that I've had a pretty uneventful rental here. Unit is dry and my stuff isn't under any threat except form going to auction unnecessarily. 0/5 stars for the detestable lazy staff that want to argue instead of conduct business. Really poorly run if they keep her around. They charge way too much money for me to put up with this nonsense.

Went to the Laundry Center to have someone else do my laundry. The laundry center turned out to be $.75 less a pound than an unnamed spot I had called right down the street. Sierra attended to me, told me that there was a good chance she could get my laundry done within the next hours. She was super gracious and professional. I had my own soap and she said there was no problem using mine. Four hours later I got a text and went and picked up my stuff. Sierra had already gone home so I was attended to by a young man. He was also great. My laundry was packaged neatly by categories and the young attendant helped me take my pretty heavy bag to my truck. The customers I saw were mostly older folks, everything was super clean, and I felt like I could go do my laundry there at anytime day or night and not have my stuff stolen or deal with feeling unsafe. That has not been my experience in the past of most laundromats, although they were not in Klamath Falls and it definitely was a long time ago. AnyWho, highly recommended on my part. My friend also says she does her bedding there and told me to go there.

That completely changed after a devastating experience with a staff member named Kelly. I unfortunately lost $150 while doing my laundry. When I went in to retrieve it, Kelly was incredibly rude and snotty. She lied straight to my face and claimed absolutely no money had been turned in.
