I took my laptop in for a so called cleaning and when I got it back it was more messsed up than before I took it in! I also can't seem to change my password like I could before. The one guy I spoke to had a bad attitude when I called in. I won't be doing any more business with Staples. read more

Generally I've always had great customer service at my local staples. I've boughten most of my laptops and all the extra plans and warranty for peace of mind here. I'm no good with technology that why I usually go to staples because in the past they have been so helpful. Well I felt this review needed to be shared because this experience was extremely crappy and unfortunately will not be returning. I go to staples to get some printer ink generally my husband will do it for me because it's just not something I have a lot of knowledge with but I had some time sensitive documents I needed to print so I used a photo on my phone I've used in the past with my printers name to try to buy the ink. I go to the ink to challenge myself but just had no clue what I was looking for so I go look for some help. I see a tattooed woman sitting on the ground stocking. At first I walked past her because she's obviously busy and look around for someone else but she is the only person I see so I ask the tattood women for some help. I instantly said "I'm sorry I know you are busy I can see you on the ground but I really need some help looking for some ink." She instantly has an annoyed look on her face makes a sign noice and says "what do you need." I explain I'm not great with technology and I need to find printer ink for an office jet 1512. She says "well idk what that is you need to google it." I explain to her that in the past I've brought this picture in and usually have no problem getting help. She says "well idk what that is you need to google it." Sounds very short and snappy. At this point I can tell she's just gonna keep coming off rude and short so I kindly say "thanks for your help anyways I'll figure it out myself (as I'm walking away) I dont understand why you needed to be rude." I walk back to the printer ink but I honestly just felt embarrassed and annoyed so I leave. As I'm walking out I see the manager who has kindly helped me in the past many times and let him know about the rude tattooed women's crappy customer service . He offers to help me but at this point I'm too embarrassed to walk back inside so I leave. To the Tattooed Women: you work in a technology based company and in customer services. You're going to have many customers come in who are not great with technology and come in to this store to get help..If you didn't know how to find the printer ink you could have simply told me you would have found someone else who was more knowledgeable than you... do better and treat people better... your energy sucks! read more

Do NOT recommend their printing center. I ordered holiday cards "order by 2pm they'll be ready the same day". After a week goes by I was still waiting. I called multiple times and even went to the store to check on my order. They told me numerous times that they will make sure it gets done the next day and will follow up. I order the smallest amount of cards and not 1 person followed up with me. I get an email that they are finally ready. When I go to pick up the cards they said they do not have my order and have no idea where it is at. They stated they had a really bad HR/manager issue. Finally, received the cards and it was the worst quality(paid extra for higher quality). Will not be returning for personal or professional use. I recommend finding someone else local. read more

The amount of computer I have bought from here is ridiculous for a normal household because this place provides great pricing & are honest on what they sell you. If they know a better computer for a better price in a competitor store they will tell you. I can't see anyone really hating this place because it's selection for computers is great. In-store it might not have tons of desktops, but stores change as the demography changes. On their webpage you can find the desktops there by the dozens so it is not a reason to be sad. The employees are great with customer service because I feel more valued there. This place is just great, but they might not know as much about computer as other computer stores which can be fine since they still are able to fix the problems, but for a gamer it might not be the best of places. Prices may be finer though. read more

Do not try their cell phone screen repair serves. It will take a week for them to fix a phone screen. It took Staples two weeks, due to employ neglect, to fix my phone because, it sat on the counter for a week. Then, when I finally received my phone back, I got up-sold a new screen saver. Do not buy Staples' screen saver. When they placed the new adhesive screensaver on my phone, the adhesive was applied incorrectly. Causing the phone to be unaccessible to any work. Now, I can't have any repairs, or hardware updates to my phone. read more

The store itself is ok, but I DO NOT recommend their printing center! The workers seem unsure about everything from the equipment to the pricing. I have gone through them from time to time to have prints made of my pencil artwork, and for one, they tend to carelessly smudge it while handling.. Two, the pricing per print varies from one employee to the next, I was charged one day .40¢ a print, the next day I went to pick up the prints they said they would be $5.30 per print! So I told them I was quoted .40¢ the day before and they recalculated it and concluded it would be .80¢ each. So I go in a week later to have to SAME exact print made, no changes, they charged $5.50 for one print! They were also done a day later than i was told, which is kind of a problem when I live 50 miles out of town.. and some of the prints have random permanent flaws on them (stains, hairs, etc) that the originals do not have. I will be finding another printing company to handle my work from now on! read more
