Okay so I am no expert on Laundromats but this one lives up to the reviews which helped me decide…read morewhere to go as an out of towner. Large, very clean with lots of machines. I liked that they had regular and large capacity machines for both wash and dry. I was able to throw all our road trip laundry in one big load and was done in about an hour (wash was 16 mins, very quick!). There is a Starbucks within walking distance if you want to entertain yourself and get a refreshment while laundering.

Went to the Laundry Center to have someone else do my laundry. The laundry center turned out to be $.75 less a pound than an unnamed spot I had called right down the street. Sierra attended to me, told me that there was a good chance she could get my laundry done within the next hours. She was super gracious and professional. I had my own soap and she said there was no problem using mine. Four hours later I got a text and went and picked up my stuff. Sierra had already gone home so I was attended to by a young man. He was also great. My laundry was packaged neatly by categories and the young attendant helped me take my pretty heavy bag to my truck. The customers I saw were mostly older folks, everything was super clean, and I felt like I could go do my laundry there at anytime day or night and not have my stuff stolen or deal with feeling unsafe. That has not been my experience in the past of most laundromats, although they were not in Klamath Falls and it definitely was a long time ago. AnyWho, highly recommended on my part. My friend also says she does her bedding there and told me to go there.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. I purchased very expensive veneer…read morethat was advertised as flawless and of superior quality, yet the pieces I received had multiple cracks, completely ruining a valuable project I was working on. I tried to resolve the issue in a calm and amicable way, but instead I was met with disrespectful responses, including offensive undertones. On top of that, a discounted invoice that had already been approved was suddenly canceled, and a valid discount coupon issued by the company itself was later refused without a proper explanation. This behavior is highly unprofessional and unacceptable, especially considering the premium prices and image this company promotes. Unfortunately, my experience does not reflect the standards or values they claim to uphold.
