Premier Packaging and Shipping, EXCELLENT SERVICE AND STAFF…read moreI have used Premier Packaging and Shipping since May of 2012 when I relocated to the Medford metro area. Without qualification they are the finest professional, mail, packaging and shipping business I have ever used. My profession, kept me moving from one domestic location to another then to an international location, so on and so on, etc, etc. A mail service was a necessity of my vocation. As I reflect, this is the longest I have lived in any one location in my few short 76 years. All that relocating necessitated using mail services to keep up with routine and business mail, one that could facilitate re-mailing or shipping as the situation dictated. (A change of address every year or so or even less is considered by some as an indicator of nefarious activity or being in the witness protection program) I suppose, now that my life is settling down somewhat I could get a mail box, or get a post office box, but neither would provide the peace of mind or convenience of having a single secure location, professionally staffed to facilitate the handling of everything from a franked one ounce letter to a package the size of a baby elephant weighing in excess of 200 lbs. A single location familiar with not only domestic mail and shipping but as well the vagaries of international shipping. Which by the way do very dramatically from country to country and often times may be impacted by which dictator is in charge when your shipment arrives. Master's degrees are offered in the logistics of fees and formalities surrounding and impacting foreign shipments. On occasion, when retrieving my mail I am toughly amazed by the general public's lack of understanding, and appreciation regarding the intricacies of international shipping, let alone domestic practices and procedures. Bottom line, coming up on nine years of excellent service, by professional, proficient, personable staff Premier Packaging and Shipping is my 150% recommendation.

I contacted Stanton (the manager) and asked him what was going on. He found out two cases were broken in transit in California with UPS. He mentioned 4 bottles were destroyed and he would have the wine repacked and shipped. When I received the wine 10 bottles were not there meaning broken. The rest of the wine had some wine stained labels and the 10 bottles were valued at over $500 plus the $146 shipping fee. He contacted UPS and they would not offer any compensation for their blunder and neither would Premier. I do not recommend this company (how could anyone.)

Two days later the package arrived at its destination. However, with the incorrect street, USPS was not able to deliver it. It was held there for a week. Then returned to Rick. With all the delays due to his error, my friends gift finally arrived 7/25. He never once apologized nor did he offer any type of compensation. He kept trying to direct blame to the USPS. My overall experience is a 0/5 stars because of the poor quality customer service, display of the store and lack of items for sale. I went in this store on a Sunday after looking at the new weekly offers hoping they'd be stocked up with what they advertised. When I arrived right when they opened, I asked the guy with dyed hair in the front and a mask on where I can find a specific item (post it dispenser) and he told me to go to aisle 2 where post its were. I would have appreciated if he actually took me to the item as he was not doing anything but standing there in the first place. I went to look for the post it dispenser only to be greeted with low stocked shelves and not the item I was looking for. I perused around the store and enjoyed adding items to my cart and then took a dispenser to the front cashier (2018359) he tried his best to help me get the post it dispenser I was looking for by looking at the SKU, showing they had it in stock and directed me to the person I already interacted with when I arrived. He walked me to the post its and I asked if he can look in the back. It took about 2-3 minutes and this employee walked right by me to the cashier 2018359 and delivered the post it dispenser. As a customer I would have appreciated if this employee connected with me more by bringing what I asked directly to me instead of acting like I was a bother or nonexistent. I also would have appreciated if this employee actually brought more than just my item out to add more to the shelves in case other customers like me wanted to buy it. This makes the customer experience AND the employee experience more enjoyable because it is efficient to make sure stock is out for customers to get. I surely hope this Staples is receptive to feedback and makes some positive improvements to make customers feel welcome with good interactions so customers want to come back to shop here.
