The employees at this location are about as useful as a butthole on my elbow. After the app told me the package was at the store. 3 different employees argued with me and gave me excuses as to why it wasn't ready. Pretty much they would rather be on their cell phones then doing a minimal amount of work. read more

They are usually not as busy as the post office, once an account was established, they have records of my previous transactions. That makes it so much easier. Price is a little higher but worth the hassle of going to the post office. read more

Brittani Francis and this whole store are absolutely amazing. We lost our home in the Almeda Fire and they offered 3 months of free service with texts for when something comes in and a rerouting Of packages as needed. Linda was the clerk who helped us and she had amazing customer service and was incredibly helpful and understanding. She set us up quickly and explained things thoroughly. Every time I am there and whatever need I have, Brittani, Brandon or their amazing team are always available to help me. Unfortunately an extremely negative incident occurred a while back that still has me livid. It was first thing in the morning and I was dropping off a UPS envelope with a prepaid label. The man behind the counter identified himself as the owner. A customer poked his head in the door and asked if UPS had a notary available. The "owner" said that no was available to help until 9am. The customer stated that he needed it done now and started to turn away. I happen to be a notary and mentioned that to the customer. The "owner" immediately started yelling about how unprofessional it was that I was trying to steal his business and that I really need to learn my place and that he didn't want me in his establishment ever again. Both the other customer and myself looked at each other in shock. I apologized as I had no intent to steal his business, I was just trying to help someone that UPS was not able to help. He continued to berate me until I walked out the door. The entire experience was mortifying and extremely unprofessional. If this is any representation of the UPS brand I will be taking all of my future business to Fed Ex. read more

I wouldn't normally write a review about a UPS store, but the other day I needed to send a few packages, and having just moved to the area, I ran out of packing tape. With my plastic tape holder in hand, I went to the UPS store expecting to have to buy a roll of tape to finish taping up my boxes (at least that's what I would have expected from my old UPS store in Southern California). The young lady at the counter said not to worry, that she'd tape them up for me. She was pleasant, the store was neat and there was no line at all, parking was easy ... I have definitely found a new UPS home here in Medford. Thank you for your kindness !! read more

I have been in the store several times. And have yet to leave a review. Here is my review now, the story is great. It is bright it is clean and it is efficient. As I said I've been in here several times I have never had a problem with the store or any of its employees. They are not getting any stars, terrible service, rude, won't deliver on orginal date. We have a pet casket that was supposed to be here on the 20th of August won't deliver it now until the 24th, called customer support a very rude woman was what we got. Use anyone but them horrible, I hope they go out bussiness. read more

Very professional and trustworthy store! Had a problem with a damaged shipment and had it not been for the help of Jennifer and the staff at this UPS Store, it would have been a nightmare. Even when something is well packed (which they did as well!), problems can happen in shipment. They made sure to walk through the process with me and see to it that things went smoothly. I only post a review if I have received excellent customer service. The moment I walked in I was greeted with a warm hello and welcome to the UPS store from a sweet young lady. The package I brought in was in need of some work. I was returning a item to a sports store in Florida without a computer return label. I explained to Brittney " the store owner" that my printer was not working. Brittney asked me for the company name and quickly! Jumped on her computer to pull up the website. She then, asked me for the order number and within a few seconds, she printed a return label ,which saved me $12.00 in shipping. Brittney also took the time to tape the label on and secure my box! What incredible service. All though,I live in California and was visiting in Oregon, I will surly be returning to this UPS office for service. Thanks for taking care of your customer. read more
