Today's trip into the UPS Store was to ask a question then return later in the day. The customer service I received was flawless, only I don't remember looking at the employee's name tag or even asking his name; he was a young slender Caucasian male in his young 20's(??). When I came back into the store within minutes of closing to mail the two boxes that have served as passengers for several weeks in my vehicle, the same employee cheerfully helped me with my project. Upon close inspection, he told me I would have to return to Kinko's for Fedex shipping, and yet he still jumped at the opportunity to ready my packages with proper labeling and such, even folding my printed labels for me, sliding them into a clear labeling envelope, and attaching the stickers to the box. Certainly I could have done it myself; it was the added level of service that has me today singing praises of the UPS Store... read more

This location used to staffed by helful polite people , not anymore, we will be looking for a new place to ship from. It is that simple , you are only as good as your staff. If you don't want to helpfull to your customers they won't come back. read more

I want to initially apologize as I realize this review is in relation to the company as apposed to the location. Unfortunately there is not a Yelp page for the grants pass location. So this is the best I can do to warn people from falling into the same trap. I recently attempted to get a seasonal position to help out with the holidays. The interview process was completely online, consisting of just uploading your job history. Then I get an email that I've been hired and have a start date 5 minutes later. Umm... That's a bit brief. You can't pass a background check that quickly. But it was a seasonal position so I assumed it didn't matter that much. A few days go by, no calls, just emails reminding me that I start on a certain day. I didn't know what I was making, I didn't sign a W2, or discuss health benefits.. if they even had them. Then I get an email on what was supposed to be my first day telling me that I start out at minimum wage, and there is a mandatory union fee that you have to pay on top of that. So essentially, a less than minimum wage loophole. That is what we call a red flag. I honestly wouldn't mind making minimum wage just to get through the holidays, but that approach is a bit insane. No interview.. no discussion, or job details? It's pretty obvious that they are abusing the pandemic to hire people in need and preying on their misfortune. I am embarrassed that I held this company with such high regard. I can't give a negative star rating on Yelp, but they sure deserve it. read more

I have been a customer at this Medford, Oregon store long before the current owner took ownership. I received a call from a local utility company saying my mail had been returned. I called the store and an extremely rude "manager" answered the phone and told me my box was overdue and she was given permission to terminate my box by the new owner. Not once, was I contacted by the new ownership to let me know my box was overdue, nor terminated. With every new owner, this location continues to drop in service, customer service, and just plain manners! Customers beware! read more

I have used this store to ship items to my son in Afghanistan and my Grandchildren in the Eastern United States. Last Monday they refused to ship a 3/4 pound package containing a wrench, small plastic parts and a threaded bolt . Because the are parts of a black powder rifle and being sent to the manufacturer. No primers or powder no restrictions of any type. I called the manufacturer and was told they get ups service daily parts and completed arms. So this is probably a local store issue. I was sent to FEDEX who shipped with no issue and thanked me for my business. I will tell everyone I know. read more

The store is always clean; even more so with everything going on. The staff is friendly and helpful. They answer all of my questions and are truthful about their prices possibly being lower or higher than other shipping companies. They PRIORITIZE the customers in the store. I sometimes hear them telling the people that have their mail held there that the mail isn't put away yet due to assisting customers. It makes me glad they consider my package, that I'd like shipped the same day I bring it, a PRIORITY. I quite enjoy that they'll get my items packed up and ready to go and worry about the other tasks later. My apologies for any spelling mistakes. I did go back through it to fix any I spotted. I came in close to closing time. One person in front of me. Only one person working. The customer's shipment was rather complicated. They were having multiple things packaged and mailed. I was concerned it was going to take forever. I had a pre-labeled dropoff. While it did take 5 or 10 minutes for them to finish the guy working did a great job quite quickly. He was friendly, patient and helpful through the customer's many questions and requests. As for with me. Also quite friendly. I usually dread going into the ups store (I do all my shipping via usps) but this was a good experience and I would go back to this location if I needed a ups service again in the future. read more

Rude and unpleasant. I've been a customer at this location for about 6 months. Almost every interaction with the staff during this timeframe has been an unpleasant experience. Everyone has off days... however this is systemic. As I read other reviews before writing this. Management/owners are aware and acknowledge the issue in other similar complaints. Every time I go in to retrieve mail or packages, I'm made to feel as if I'm a burden to the employees. One lady in particular is quite rude and condescending. I travel substantially with work. And have had p.o.boxes all over the country. And this one has by far been my worst experience with them. read more

Utilize a different ups store in Medford. Majority of the female employees are super rude it makes me not want to pick up my packages. I am out of town right now I pay an expensive fee to receive my mail at this location and they are threatening to charge a fee to hold my packages for a few more days than expected... Best UPS Store around. I travel to Medford every other month and have a box with them. They make mail forwarding such an ease and staff is very professional. Brie (who I deal with most of time) is so terrific and rest of staff is great as well. 5-Star service and customer service! read more

It's 2:46 pm and the mail has not been sorted out yet. Because he told me that he need to get those packages shipped first because the mail was not priority. I mean come on you have three people there and it could be done with the shipping lock quicker and me is not busy at all either today at the 249 p.m. they should be able to get it done and it not busy at all . Honestly I think we should be fired all the people who currently work here because I feel like they don't do their job and keep people who can multitask and get things done in a timely fashion. My dad has talked to you before about this and we pay I'm having mail delivered in the timely manner and have it's right there when we come to get their mail I feel like you don't enforce it enough at the owner no an enough-is-enough man done with this BS stuff. This store has great service that is just as good as any of the others that I have seen. Its the little things that can make a difference. For instance my vehicle was in the shop and I had to take a bus or taxi and the bus was much cheaper and faster for me at that time. Because I was taking the bus that meant I had to be at the bus stop at 8:35 to catch the return bus. I was waiting outside the store and the manager opened the store a little early thus making it possible for me to catch my bus. My shipment wasn't very complicated which helped. llll read more

This place is always professional and customer-focused. When their system was having issues and notifications of delivered packages weren't being sent out one of the Blue Apron food boxes I have delivered to my box went bad because I wasn't aware it had been delivered. I told them what happened and from that point, without any request from me, Michael calls me to let me know my Blue Apron delivery has made it in. Even though the update worked and I'm now receiving emails again I still get that call from Michael. It makes the service so much more personal. On 8/14, I came in 3mins before closing, the young lady TyEsha, was very helpul. I needed to ship some stuff home, before catching a flight, even though it was 3mins before closing, she still took the time to help me get everything packed, and ready to ship. In my opinion, that was very professional of her,and shows great customer service still exists in this country. read more
