I have been with them for all my mail needs for years. I tried a couple other places, but since I moved to Old Town Mailhouse, I wouldn't think about going anywhere else. My Mail, UPS & FEDEX Packages are always safe and protected. Plus I don't have to run around town getting copies or any other business functions completed. They are a 1 stop shop. Does not have a scanner for UPS FEDEX returns. Get with the times and buy a scanner. The world is digital now. Wasted my lunch break

Jordan was an allstar and everyone there was friendly and efficient. I had a 70 pound return of a furniture that was in 40 pieces. Jordan put everything back together with the original box and packaging materials probably a better packaging job than the original. The fact that he took this on and only charged a small amount for his time tells you all you need to know about the essence of this business. I highly recommend! read more

Old Town Mail House may claim that "We pride ourselves in giving you the best mailing experience possible", but be aware, it comes at a very high price$$. Shipped a 4 lb box about 9" x 9" and he charged us $21+! It would have been $13.08 at the USPS. He then walks the package across the street for you to drop off at the USPS. Unfortunately, he left ours in his store for 5 days before taking that long walk across the street. These guys prey on the average customer not be informed. Don't be their next victim, take it to the post office yourself! Still not received the package I shipped with them on Jan 30th! read more
