PO Box rentals here (an actual "personal mailbox") address for receiving mail and packages. $15/month OR pre-pay 1 year for $180 and get 2 months free Even with the $20 "set-up fee", it's currently the best price in Ashland right now: USPS downtown is $182/yr MailStop by Market of Choice is $216/yr Slim pickins' but nice that it's an actual address, so they can receive all types of packages and will sign on your behalf. Also 24/7 secured access which is super convenient *smiles* The only odd thing is that your address will read: 258 A Street Suite 1, #123 Ashland, OR 97520 I could see people getting it wrong all types of ways, but we'll see how it goes *fingers crossed* read more

My parents retired to Ashland in 1997. My father for the majority of the time stopped by Ashland General Hardware here in town. I always saw A Street Print & Parcel when I came with father. Now since I live near here I drop off my prepaid parcel/package for shipment. I also had something laminated here. Nice people and good service, I would return here again. read more

It is what it is! A family-owned business that does what you need doing. While on vacation, I had to print off a PDF for work, sign it, scan and email it. These folks were super nice and helpful, and I got done what I needed to get done, at a reasonable cost. The one small downside - they computer for customer use runs like a 386. I don't think it's been upgraded since Vanilla Ice was popular. It's so slow, it's almost funny. But it WILL get there, just be patient! Would I go back again? You bet. Lovely service, friendly, helpful, and quick! Will go here for all my FedEx shipping from now on! Thank you!!!

Best place ever...i never have to worry about mail or packages. The peoe who work here are great.....and the owner isnt bad either.

FRIENDLIEST FOLKS EVER! I love this print shop! They gave me a great price for a bundle of pages I had to print (topographic maps). They also worked with me on a corrupted file and even stayed a bit late for me while I dropped off other things after closing hours. These folks are great and really dedicate time and care to their customers. Highly recommended! read more

I had to print some music sent to me as a PDF file and they took care of it quickly and painlessly! Very nice and great service!

I can't believe this place got a one-star review--I went in today to use their stapler (so, a non-paying customer) and they couldn't have treated me more nicely if I were the queen of friggin' England. The girl was friendly and helpful, and that stapler KILLED it. Seems like a great little mom-and-pop print shop to me! read more

We all know that mailing packages can be expensive; but one day recently, after I got home and thought about the shocking amount I'd just spent to mail a Fed Ex package, I called the shop and spoke to Steve, the owner. Steve explained to me that my package had been charged (and been sent) with the 2-day delivery rate but that what I'd really wanted was the Fed Ex ground transportation. OK. That was good information to know for the future. But then, without my asking, he offered to refund to me the difference between the 2-day and the ground prices which amounted to $58.70!!! I was elated and so appreciative! Thank you, Steve! I am so happy to sing the praises of "A" Street Parcel & Post!! read more

I like chatting it up with the family here. My shipments always make it to their destination on time. Oh, and they give good tips on how to package my items. Fast, economic, and friendly. I choose this place over the post office. When I'm in town, this is my go-to place. read more

I take all of my printing needs to A Street Print. Not only is the owner socially conscious he is also generous. He took a print job that I needed and beat every competitive bid in the area including Kinko's. Now every two months he prints 20 educational manuals for me that are 200 pages at a price no one has been able to beat. Always friendly, open on weekends, this is the go to store in the Valley for all the right reasons. read more

I brought in a new business card to be re-formated and printed that had a color border around it. They printed it with the border color @ 5 mm on the rt side and 1.5 mm on the left side. I went back to have them redone and the owner said he told my hired market person that he couldn't guarantee. I asked him if he would could try and make this right-and said "NO." I have had several businesses utilizing border colors(Feng Shui suggested) and have used several printers in our area. His attitude and customer service is the worst I have experienced in years. I am a court mediator for small calims court and have the skills to communicate effecitvely-this person personifies a selfish uncaring attitude of the effects his behavior and service has on the world. Go to Pronto Print if you're in Ashland-they are accomodating to the needs of their custonmers. My market person will not be using them anymore either-he said things to me that were NOT said to her which further creates concern. read more

well...they have sign that says something about.'if you are in a hurry or impatient, think of praying" maybe I did not quote that correctly....but the point is,sometimes like yesterday, the time it took to wait in line was excruciating. The young girl behind the counter was the best person for the job, sweet, patient with the customer in front of me,very helpful etc....BUT...come on...I know there was some one in the back that could have come up front and at least checked in....anyway,the post office is quicker even when it seems like it is not.(in my opinion)....If you have an active imagination like me,you might think that this lace is a money laundering business or some other front because they certainly are not here for convenience and customer service...This place could make a good comic strip.... read more
