They don't open on time! Business tip: If you don't plan to get to your business until 9:45, 10:00, 10:15.... then that should be your posted business hours. Don't post 9:30 and no one is at your place of business to open the doors. Remember other people's time is just as precious as yours. I had my fingerprint live scan done here. No clue how I had to do it, but I didn't realize I had to bring the form. They were nice enough to print it out for me with no charge. However, they accidentally over charged my credit card (the girl and I were chit chatting and we both didn't notice it) and I left. An hour later I received an email notifying me about it. Very honest people. I returned a couple days later for the refund and to get passport photos taken. It took a while to get them done and she didn't charge me! Super sweet lady. Overall, honest business with awesome customer service. I'll be back for sure if I need any of there services. Thanks! read more

I came here to get a live scan for my California teaching credential. When I called I could hardly understand a word the man was saying on the phone and it wasn't much better when I was in the store- in fact I don't think he understood me either. After scanning all of my fingers he went back and looked at them. While saying "These two are no-good" he pressed send "I'm going to send them anyway- and if they don't work/accept them you can come back and pay me to do them again" . Excuse me- I don't think so. I have had live scans done before and they don't send them if they think you are going to be rejected/ the scan is bad. This is no way to treat your customers - to insist on sending incomplete/ inaccurate scans and then charge them for a re-scan. I am so upset with my experience here and I hope and pray that my scans go through okay. read more

I have been a customer here for years and the staff is always helpful and friendly. The first reason I am a customer here is they will receive my packages for me. When I am available I stop by and pick them up. No worrying about missing a package or "enjoying" an Easter egg hunt to find the package that was hidden on my property. Just stop by after work and get my package. The second reason I love this place is I can bring any item or box in, give them a print out of an address and my credit card and they will make the item magically appear at the destination at the best price available without my head exploding from having to select the correct carrier, service, features, etc. I highly recommend this business and I hope that they can reduce the stress in your life as they did mine. read more

I wish I had read the previous review before going to this place. I went for a livescan and the entire time the man working kept commenting about how my fingers are difficult to scan. I have been told this in the past, but every time I have been scanned for different jobs or for my multiple subject credential the person was able to scan my fingers. He seemed super annoyed it was taking long and kept selecting "best possible". At the very end he told me he would be seeing me back in a week because my fingerprints would not be accepted. I have never ever been told this and was shocked that he was okay with his terrible service. Let's just say I went somewhere right after and they were able to scan all my fingers with a little bit of patience and water. Avoid this place for livescan!!! Bad customer service. I had an apple core in my hand and asked her to throw it away and she told me she couldn't take food. I slowly walked out thinking she would change her mind and said, " i"d find a trash outside and go elsewhere because that just shows me lack of customer service". I thought for sure she would stop me because I was leaving but apparently they don't need the business that bad. They missed 4 notary signatures where that is pure profit and I won't come back especially after reading all the bad reviews. read more

I made the worst mistake by choosing this place to auction my items. Not only is this company incompetent and very slow to respond.. they never bothered to pay me for my items. I have contacted them quite a bit requesting my payment and they never bothered to respond until I mentioned that I will bring this up to the better business bureau. Finally, the owner, Craig responds and claims that he has cut the check and is sending it on it's way. That was 3 weeks ago and I have yet to receive anything. Save yourselves from making the same mistake I did and do not trust this company. They are far from professional and have only scammed me. You'd be better off throwing your items in a trash can because that is exactly where this has gotten me. Now, I will be having to result in small claims court against this company. The owner can sometimes be hard to understand, but he tries real hard to get to know his customers and is very helpful. I have had my livescan done (it went successfully with no problems!) I also rent a mailbox and do most my shipping through through the store. I am a longtime customer and have never been dissatisfied. He even sends me an email when I am anxious about receiving a package. read more
