I've worked in restaurants in my years and if that happens it's typically first priority if someone is missing part of their order to avoid just that. We went back tonight to give it another shot and noticed it completely dead again at dinner time which is so odd because in years past it's typically slammed with people. Met again with rude employees who treat you as your inconveniencing them by placing an order. That was our last straw. Really bummed as it use to be SO good but they've lowered their quality of service down to the point where it's just not a good place to go anymore unfortunately. Add to that axing great menu items has them struggling to keep business coming in. Icing on the cake is they have recently gotten rid of their Morita hot sauce which might have been the best hot sauce ever made in human history.
