They have a nice selection of T-shirts, sorted by size, which made things super easy to find my size. They also have witch hats, which everyone seems to want and have while in Salem, and again, they are affordably priced, whereas others charge $30 or more. This is a really nice shop and definitely a place where you'll find lots of options.

She does not seem pushy and lets a customer browse through the shop. The store offers many local flavors and other items that an individual would enjoy as one of a kind too. I know that when it comes to Gothic culture and aesthetics, it's bound to cost a lot. I have my own thoughts about that as a whole and capitalism but now it's not really the time for that. That being said, when I first moved to town I checked out Twilight House a couple times. I found a pair of shorts that I liked and after eyeing them a few times, decided to make the purchase. There were no fitting rooms in the store (at least that I could see), so I had to make my best guess with the size. Once at home and trying them on, with the tags still attached, they were too small. I bought them back and went to the front to ask to return them. The young girl working the register wanted to help but owner immediately started saying in a snappy attitude that there were no returns whatsoever. The best they could do was offer me to exchange for a different size, but even then, the fit was still off. At that point, I was so disgusted at their terrible customer service that I didn't want the shorts anymore at all. Funny enough, if you look at their website, they offer refunds for items purchased online. It would be one thing if just a few people had this terrible customer service experience but if you read through their reviews, about 50% of people have noted this to be the case. I know I will never return to Twilight House and will not take friends visiting from out of town there either.
