I came here to get some takeout. It is convenient because it's close to Publix, near the UPS store, so if you're running errands it's a great place to stop for take out or eat in. I looked over the menu and opted to get the following: Asian chicken salad, no cabbage, a cup of their tomato soup, and a chicken and cheese sandwich. It was super crowded right at dinner time, so plan to wait a bit. Their prices are super reasonable. $11 and change for a salad with chicken, soup was $4.99, and the sandwich was roughly $12 and came with a side. Everything came out in about 15 minutes. I was excited to try the Asian chicken salad. It was delicious. The dressing was sweet and savory, and loved the crispy ramen noodles on top. I love their tomato soup. It's rich and creamy. Still a winner. The chicken sandwich was nice and moist, the cheese was melted, and it hit the spot. read more

I go there for their French Onion Soup as I crave it every once in a while, as does my daughter who I usually go with specifically for this. It is not your traditional French onion, as it is more on the creamy side, but it is DELICIOUS. I also always get their Asian Chicken Salad and it is consistently always good. read more

This is one of our go to restaurants in our area. We love the pizzas and burgers. Order at the counter. You pick up your order when wireless buzzer goes off. Great salads too. Love The Loop but this location and experience was subpar. Came in with my husband for lunch and we both weren't impressed with our meals. He ordered the Caesar wrap which came out almost like a kids size and way smaller than usual. I got my usual chicken tenders and unfortunately they were overcooked and the fries were cold and looked like they'd been sitting for a long time despite it being busy lunch rush. They are renovating the patio so it was very busy inside and every seat was taken but food still came out fast. The loop is one of our favorite lunch places in Jax so hoping our next experience will be better with quality of food served. read more

I'm a simple gal, I like a nice vibe, good food, and friendly faces; and the loop delivered on all fronts! Beginning with my meal I had a portabello mushroom melt that brought a bright beeming smile to my face, it was seasoned well, perfectly cooked, and super juicy; it kept squirting all over my face! Customer service was very friendly and casual in nature which I do not mind at all, that's what I honestly prefer; the girl who took my order was super nice and after sitting I had someone come over check on me and we had a little chat about wasps. Ambiance is also very nice, the music isn't too loud the art and decor is a good theme and very well aestheticized. Are usually I'll be about for the only slight negative I had was the onions on my melt weren't cooked enough but that ultimately is up too preference, I highly recommend the loop in nocatee for a pleasant dining experience. read more

I have been eating at various different LOOP restaurants for many years. This location has been very inconsistent with the food quality as well as the preparation. One example is the grilled chicken sandwich. One time it's a decent size and juicy, the next it's a miniature chicken breast and is as tough as leather! I know everyone loves the loop. I like the loop as well however $20 for a salad without table service is something that I'm just not willing to do often. I met a friend at the Nocatee location for lunch (which is so convenient to the area). You order at the counter at The Loop and they give you a buzzer. You collect your drink and your silverware yourself and when your meal is ready, it's given to you on a tray. I got the sunflower kale salad which is walnuts, sunflower seeds, dried cranberries, julienne carrots, red onions, napa cabbage, croutons. I added grilled salmon to the salad. And this is where it gets expensive here when you add a protein. It was a nice size piece of salmon on top of the salad. The salad was very tasty until I found something in it that I couldn't eat. I put it aside and showed it to the management later. They were very nice about what I found which seemed to be a string from maybe the bag. They offered to refund me my salad, but instead I chose a credit. I like The Loop & besides the mishap with my salad ( I understand it comes out of a bag & things do get missed) the salad is very fresh & healthy but $20 for counter service for a salad is difficult for me to swallow. read more

I honestly love this place! And so do my kids! The food is great and after last night, really shows their service is top notch as well. After a long day at the beach, I placed a to go order for kids meals for the kids right before I left the beach. I didn't know I wouldn't get there until 5 mins after closing! I went in to place a to go order last week and as a returning customer I am really disappointed with how the service was. The young man taking my order was great and made sure everything was correct before placing it. I waited about 15 minutes for a burger and pizza, not bad at all considering they were fairly busy. Everything was going great up until my buzzer went off for me to grab my food, the lady who set it on the counter immediately walked away as I walked up to grab it. She didn't stop and make sure I didn't need anything else or even take the buzzer for Christ sakes. It might sound dramatic but it felt very dismissive for her to just set it down and walk away. I had to flag someone else down to get nay kind of condiments before I left. I really love the food there, but they really need to work on the service side of it. If their employees (ones that appear to be some kind of supervisor based on the blue collared shirt) then they aren't going to make it very far. Consistency in great food and great taste is what keeps me coming back to the Loop. Whether I come for a salad or a burger, I am never disappointed. My go to is the Gorgonzola Walnut Salad with added Cajun Chicken. You can't beat the salad with mixed greens, tomatoes, onions, sun dried tomatoes, croutons, candied walnuts and Gorgonzola cheese. I really like the Loop restaurant. They are experts preparing awesome burgers and pizzas. With that being stated, I absolutely love the broccoli salad. The combination of broccoli, lettuce, cherry tomatoes with walnuts and dried ramen noodles. You got me right. The seasoned dried ramen noodles give an extra crunch to the salad. What a brilliant idea - and it works. My elderly father craves their chocolate shakes. When he is presented with his shake his expression is like a young child on Christmas Day! Looking for a new place to try out so we took a chance. The food was similar to what you'd get at Gates (aka gas station food) but for 5x the price. Asked for Medium and got well done. We dipped the burger in my Tomato soup to give it any moisture at all. Beer was cold and not bad. The team members had no personality or care that guests were in front of them. For how many were standing around labor must have been through the roof. I love the open kitchen concept but out of the four guys back there only one in a green shirt was wearing gloves-and didn't change them after shaking the other guys hands, hugging, playing with his hat/hair, touching raw food, etc etc etc The pizza was mediocre but we did finish all our food after seasoning it. The Loop has been opened up in Nocatee for some time now. I finally decided maybe to give it a try. Upon entering it's pretty much the same old,same old with all the new places;that are now the walk in order have a seat walk up get your order. No thrills. Staff at this location was very good, but the food was nothing to write home about. Run-of-the-mill same old same old. We shared their vegetarian ciabatta melt. Reading some of the negative reviews is wild. You'd think this was a bus stop restaurant judging by these terrible yelpers. I'll preface with we have a big family with both picky and piggy eaters; so we almost always order a lot of food when we go. First, this place is far better than other higher rated restaurants. Barbara Jeans is basically a truck stop diner on the water and Treylor Park across the way has actually terrible service: both in person and take out. We've ordered here dozens of times and the food is consistently very good (not amazing), but so what? Since when does every place need amazing food? The wait staff has messed up our order zero times and the food has always been perfectly cooked. Inside the staff and location are super clean and organized. The vibe is contemporary, albeit fun in a bland way. But again so what?! The Loop is a place for you to get good food, fast-ish, and a nice (AC'd) atmosphere. That's it!
