    Spicy Ahi Tuna

After a round at The Yards, we enjoyed a delicious meal with great ambiance on the patio. I started with the Spicy Ahi Tuna, which was tasty. For my entree, I had the Hatch Chili Bucatini. It was a unique combination of summer flavors, which I really enjoyed. Everyone else ordered filet mignon and chicken, which they also enjoyed. Overall, this was a great place to cap off a fun a Sunday on a long weekend.

I had been wanting to try this place for awhile, it looked great! I knew it was on a golf course, didn't realize you have to go thru a manned gate to get in, but it was no problem, just told them here to eat at Argyle, and they let us right in! Walking in, it's so pretty! Huge, great bar! But we chose to eat on the patio, great decision it's beautiful out there! Omg maybe my favorite thing of the place! Eating next to the water and flowers! We got brunch and it was delish! I got a chuckle they have a breakfast margarita here, like I need to wake up on the golf course and order my breakfast marg lol! It had orange marmalade added which i thought was genius, but wished they went heavier on it. All the food we got was good, shrimp salad, fish n chips, steak chilliquiles, all presented beautifully! Our server was great too!

We had a super pleasant experience for Father's Day brunch everything tasted really good and service was excellent

Beautiful view of the golf course. We sat out on the patio. Friendly service, some cool unique things on the menu.

Still the best nice and also casual restaurant in PVB. The Cantina menu for Cinco de Mayo was excellent. Jonathan was a great server. Started with a Mezcal paloma which was great. The Argylerita is also delicious. Try the Drylands Sav Blanc for an incredible NZ wine. The Wahoo ceviche was soooo good. I am so glad to see more apps like this on local menus. We shared the shaved chayote salad that had an excellent vinaigrette. The carnitas tacos were a very fancy pork belly affair. The Viper stuffed tortillas were beefy and cheesy. I like what Argyle is doing with the special menus. The night we were there, the Yards was hosting a member casino night so the vibe was boisterous and fun.

Every business has a bad night from time to time! Gave Argyle another shot - they hit it out of the park - a home run!! The food and service was great! Started with thier sloppy Joe appetizer - fantastic combo - you must try it! Our friend had the special fish tacos - they loved them! My wife had the burger - she's burger foodie - it was done to perfection! I had the Crispy Pork - great combo of pork - beans and sausage! Highly recommend for a fun - enjoyable dinner!!

We're waiting for our friends to arrive to play a round of golf. Was super hungry and stopped in for the brunch. So YUMMY!

I recently dined at Argyle after frequently playing golf at The Yards, and I finally decided to try their restaurant. Here's a detailed breakdown of my experience. For appetizers, we ordered the Lemon Chicken Soup and the Caesar salad. Both dishes were fresh and flavorful, setting a promising tone for the meal. For the main courses, we tried the akaushi steak, Salad with Salmon, and Radiatori Stroganoff. Each dish was excellent in taste and presentation. The akaushi steak was cooked to perfection, the salad was well-balanced with the salmon, and the Radiatori Stroganoff was rich and satisfying. The bread basket was delicious too. The drink and wine selection is impressive, with the frozen Transfusion being a standout. It was refreshing and well-made. Service and staff were attentive and courteous, enhancing the overall dining experience. However, the major drawback of Argyle is the kitchen's speed. Despite the quality of food and service, the time it takes for the kitchen to bring out the dishes is unacceptably long. During both visits, we experienced significant delays--over an hour between the appetizer and the main course, even when the restaurant was not busy. In conclusion, while the food and service at Argyle are excellent, the kitchen's inability to deliver food promptly is a serious issue. If you're planning to dine here, do not come very hungry, or you will be disappointed by the long wait times. This needs to be addressed to improve the overall dining experience.

Came here to celebrate my friend's birthday and we had a great experience. The restaurant has a nice decor. Our waiter did a great job! He was attentive and friendly. We ordered many small plates. My favorites were the beets and berries, octopus, and burrata. The bread was so good! I didn't love the steak tartare, but my friends enjoyed it. My mocktail- the hibiscus mojito, was a 10/10. I would go back.

    Valentines prefixed menu 2024

First time coming to Argyle was Valentine's Day so this review should not be used if you are coming on a regular day as we had a prefixed menu. Argyle had been on my list of places to try for a while and I hadn't had the opportunity yet. We made a reservation on Open Table I believe, thinking I would be the standard menu however someone did reach out and let me know Argyle had a fixed menu that night and it would be $100 reach for the meal. I figured it is Valentine's Day and most places do a prefixed menu so why not try it out. I took a picture of the options we were given which were very good options, I think we saw almost everything come by our table and it all looked delicious. We started with the salad which was very good, I would actually order the salad if I went back. My starter was the truffle risotto which was just okay, in their defense it was the veg option so it wasn't made with a flavorful broth like I am used to. Mike ordered the scallops which were wonderful and definitely the dish to order. My main was the braised lamb short rib gnocchi it was wonderful. Mike got the roasted pork rack and he loved it and suggested our neighbors order it as well when they were trying to decide. Honestly the dessert was a bit underwhelming, it wasn't bad it was just not a wow. All together we enjoyed our experience, the restaurant was elegantly decorated, drinks were good, service was good and food was good but the real question is was it worth $100 each? Honestly the answer is in my opinion no, not as it is. I think there are some things they could do to make me feel better about that high of a price tag, give everyone a complimentary glass of champagne, make a wow dessert meant to be split by two people, serve a truly stand out unique dish. I would say as is it is an $80 experience with a $100 price tag. I did however know the price coming in and again the food was good so think it was a four star Valentine experience with a five star date!

A beautiful spot. It seems more like a clubhouse bar than a restaurant, but maybe it was the time of day I was there. The service was fantastic and the presentation of the food was on point. The Parker house rolls- they came out hot in a cast iron skillet. They were a bit over done and dry in my opinion but tasty. Who doesn't love hot bread?! The chopped salad was premiered beautifully, but it could have used a bit of salt or acid to liven up the dressing. My friend had the burger and fries. It was cooked to exactly her temperature preference. The fries came with a homemade aioli which I could have eaten with a spoon. I highly recommend the fries. I will have to return to try other items.

Our first time in the new restaurant in the old 3 palms. They've upgraded the decor and changed the tables and it feels like an intimate dining experience. Our waiter was attentive and knowledgeable and informed us about their in house bread that was delicious! We shared some lemon caper Brussels sprout leaves which were crispy and tangy, think piccata sauce over crunchy Brussels. Our entrees were the pierogis and salmon. Both were great. The only critic I have is more pork in the pierogis. They use pork belly which is quite fatty and very little meat. While delicious it left me wanting a bit more protein. Our waiter also told us about their lunch options and sandwiches on their home made or locally made breads and we'll definitely be back to try them.

She was such a sweetheart, made us feel welcome, and honestly was one of the highlights of our night. We had a lot of fun because of her kindness and great service. Unfortunately, there were two issues that really impacted my experience. First, I had an uncomfortable incident in the restroom. I admit I forgot to lock the stall door, but I was the only person in the restroom, and an employee opened the stall door without knocking or announcing themselves. They stood there for a few seconds before closing the door and leaving. It was embarrassing and made me feel very uncomfortable. We did speak to the manager afterward, and she was very kind and handled the conversation professionally, which I appreciated. The second issue was more concerning. After our meal, both my friend and I became sick. She had the penne pasta, and I had the chicken tenders. While I can't say with certainty what caused it, the timing was concerning enough that I felt it was important to mention. Overall, Mandy's service and the manager's kindness were excellent, but the restroom incident and becoming ill afterward unfortunately affected what otherwise could have been a great experience.
