I have been to the loop in the past and it has been a while since I've eaten there. It was not that good. I got a chicken Caesar salad and it didn't even look good. The chicken was wimpy very small pieces in the salad. Salad greens didn't look too fresh. I got a side of fries which are the best. They are big steak fries. Husband got grilled chicken sandwich which he said was good but small. Won't be going back to that location. They also don't have their salmon Caesar salad that I normally love but that location no longer has the broiler that cooks the salmon. The restaurant didn't look real clean either. read more

I have always been a major fan of The Loop. I have never had a bad experience and just love love love their pizzas, burgers and salads. Lets not forget the most important, The Oreo Milkshake. So my daughter has been vomiting since 3am this morning and all she wanted was some Loop Ice. I went in today and they were super sweet when I told them what was going on. They guy at the front couldn't have been more sympathetic. I asked for a cup of ice and wanted to pay. He said "please dont worry about it and while your at it , here is another cup, I really hope your little girl feels better" And that my friends is what keeps me going back to a place like this. :) read more

I wish I could leave ten stars for this amazing restaurant! What a place. The food is always yummy and fresh, and the staff is beyond amazing. I always come in for the same thing each time, and most of the staff knows me by name. It really means a lot for them to go out of their way to ensure my experience is always the best it can be. It was exactly what my husband and I wanted. Cold crispy salad with a warm personal pizza. Unfortunately, my son had the chicken tenders with steamed broccoli. The tenders were good, but the broccoli was way overcooked, and inedible. Quick and casual. We'll go back for a quick bite. read more

This is our go to takeout restaurant in Mandarin. We love the salads, pizzas and burgers the best. The grilled salmon is a great addition to the walnut Gorgonzola salad. Yummy!!! I like the counter service as it speeds up service and your food doesn't get cold sitting waiting to be delivered. No tipping saves 15-20 percent. read more

My first visit. I didn't realize it was a counter service restaurant or I likely would not have gone in. I saw a stand with menus at the entrance, so I thought there was a hostess temporarily called away. I stood at the entrance for a minute or two waiting... Then I stepped to the counter. There were two ladies behind the counter. Neither addressed me or even made eye contact, even though there were no other customers at the counter. I waited another minute, trying to figure out if I was supposed to just go take a seat. I finally said "excuse me" to one of the ladies to get her attention. I asked her if I was supposed to just take my own seat. She explained that I needed to place my order first, then take any seat I wanted. I ordered a small BBQ chicken pizza and a beer from the menu. She gave me a pager and my beer. After a few minutes, the pager went off and I stepped up to the counter. Again, I stood there for a minute without being addressed. This time there was another customer, but two ladies working the counter. One was busy, one was reading. There was a pizza just laying there, but I was not certain it was mine... Again, I said "excuse me"...twice this time before I could get the girl who was reading to hear me. She said yes, that was my pizza. I took it back to my table. The pizza was quite good. I would have given 4 stars if I had been greeted or welcomed each time I stood at the counter... though I'm still disappointed that it was not a table service restaurant. read more

I ordered a Greek salad and tea for lunch. Got the salad with no feta cheese and no red onions. The place needs to better train their staff.

Ordered from here many times and the last few times we have had the same issues. We ordered takeout through Uber eats and managed to only get part of our order. This has happened several times now. Our shakes were about 1/4 full and the whipped cream on top was intact so it was clear that nothing had been tampered with. When I called the store I was told that the missing food was sitting on their counter and that someone didn't give it to the delivery driver. When I brought up the shakes I got ignored. I was told that because we ordered through Uber eats they could not do anything. I understand that they couldn't give me a refund and I wasn't asking for it. I was trying to bring it to their attention that they seem to forget my food regularly. The only explanation I got offered was that they were busy. This was the last time I'll ever order from them. This location is poorly run and I don't see it getting better even with the minimum wage hike. Soon they'll make more to be lazy read more

Oh my God, this has been an absolute burger. Absolutely the best I've had in a long time. The menu was simple and the staff were very attentive. Cant wait to try their pizza, but it will be hard to say no to the burger on my next visit. read more

I absolutely would recommend The Loop to anybody that is looking for a tasty, juicy cheddar burger. Or to anybody that is on a health kick with salads. ( the goat cheese salad is my favorite! )Everything is so fresh and always has you coming back for more! They are also very involved in the community which is a plus! read more

We love The Loop and this is one of our favorite locations. We don't dine in often as we usually order the burgers and pick up for an easy dinner at home. The service is always fast and friendly - both on the phone and in the store. The food is always fresh, hot and oh, so tasty! We recently dined in with some friends and were not dissapointed. The restaurant was clean and the service there was great as well. We had two babies as well - a one year old and a 10 month old...both enjoyed the food as well! The service was fine. I was very specific about the temperature of my food (burger, fried, etc). Then we sat and waited and waited.. 25 minutes later we received all of our food at once.. soup.. hamburger.. and shake.. now I asked for it to be staged.. and the wait was too long as people behind us got their food first.... then the person behind the counter was rather casual and not so considerate that we had exceeded our wait and so forth.. don't suggest the place. read more

Went to lunch mid-week with spouse. Parking lot is difficult. Getting into parking lot and leaving on side street not easy. Not to mention the size is small and the design of the lot doesn't make it easy for patrons. This was the first time ever in a "Loop". You order at counter and are given a pager to go up and get food (think Panera bread). Service seemed slow not just for us but all patrons. The staff was friendly and greeted us promptly. We ordered a burger and the veggie melt ciabatta both with fries. Fries were "steak fries" and tasted great. Burger was okay - not great but not bad. Portion size was on the small side. It left you wanting more. The veggie ciabatta was well portioned and tasted good. By the time we were finished eating most seats were full. Could tell it was a popular location. May try another location because food was okay. Really don't like the parking lot situation. read more

Last night, I phone ordered two hamburgers for carryout. Don't you just hate it when you get to your destination to find out the order is not right? Not only did both burgers have ketchup and mustard on them....one was suppose to have mayonnaise and the other mustard.....but they were covered with burned onion skins! Not one slice of onion on either burger!!! Even if they weren't burnt, you wouldn't be able to chew these skins!!! I can't believe I paid $23 for those burgers......I could have gotten a much better one at a fast food joint!!! Never again! read more

After asking what kind of cheese usually comes on the "Great American Cheeseburger," the young lady with glasses behind the counter gave me a really nasty look and an even nastier attitude. She never did answer my question. The worst part of this was that she was training a new employee at the time. They really need to teach their young workers the proper way to treat customers. The Loop has really gone downhill in their service as well as their food (not to mention cleanliness). I don't deal well with little twits that have crappy attitudes and don't take pride in their work. I'm going across the street to Five Guys from now on.
