    Lobster Mac and cheese
    Melissa M.

We went Friday night around 7:30 for dinner. It was very crowded and had to wait about 20 minutes for a table. There was live music too; kind of loud but they were very talented. We sat and it took about 5 minutes for our server to come. I got a mocktail which was very tasty. Our food took about 30 minutes to come out, which again, it was crowded. We had to flag our server down to get waters when our drinks were empty. He did not ask my husband if he wanted another beer. I got the chicken pot pie. There were huge chunks of chicken, I wish they were a little smaller, but pretty tender. The crush was good too, but I overall did not enjoy the flavor of gravy. My husband got the lobster Mac and cheese and that looked like it was forgotten in the oven for a bit. However, there was so much huge pieces of lobster that were good. The macaroni itself lacked flavor. Overall, we might come back but the service left a lot to be desired.

Went tonight for early dinner. Their was a small wait, no big deal. Seemed like they were short on servers. Everyone is! We sat upstairs. Got drinks & ordered. GF got tacos & a salad. I got steak tips. 3 tacos that were stuffed. She really liked the tacos & salad. I thought the tips were cooked perfect & the mashed were very good, no garlic.Big portion, took some home.

    Excellent service!

Two cups of chowder, a soda, burger and Reuben were $60.75. Simply not worth it.

Average food, overpriced for that food, dark atmosphere. Both the menu and the insides need to be updated.

When owner Rob greeted us warmly at the door, we looked around and figured that we had entered an Irish pub or Bistro, since Keon's is relatively small and unimpressive as a structure. However, any doubts we had about the place were quickly dispelled by our server, Kayla, who told us a bit about the menu. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. So awesome was the food that it felt as though we had gone to a community theatre and discovered that we were at the Royal Shakespeare Company. Each dish was beautifully plated and distinctly delicious, with the accompaniments perfect for the featured protein. The chef knows how to create and present "fine dining." Specifics: We had warm bread with a delicious home made hummus, with lemon and garlic. For an appetizer, we chose the " steak bomb egg rolls" which were served with a very tasty remoulade. We each had an entree. My partner took Three Brothers, a dish that offered shrimp, chicken, and beef tenderloin with haricot verts and whipped Yukon potatoes with lemon basil supreme sauce. I had the pan seared scallops, which were served with roasted cauliflower puree, and apple smoked bacon with dijon and golden raison chutney. For dessert, we had a very ample carrot cake. We enjoyed choosing 2 beers on tap: Stella Artois and Allagash White. We were totally delighted with the ambiance and quality of Keon's, and although the prices may seem high, they are totally justified by the fine dining experience that we had. When we left, Keon's was full to capacity, with a few people hoping to get in.

Have been to this location as the primary gust at least 5x since opened and countless as a guest as well. I would say the meals are usually very good HOWEVER, on holidays I would caution against this place. The food and even the mixed drinks are just off. The General Partner came over when drinks were returned on NYE and we told him they still were off and to just bring Bailey's and we would add it in. He said "that is not how we typically do it but I will get it for you and check back over." Someone else brought it over and we never saw the General Partner again. I guess he really didn't care...... Cream spinach had ZERO taste to it and we really didn't touch it. When they came to clear the table and they asked if we wanted to take it home would have been the time to ask questions but that didn't happen either. Steak and Scallops were as expected and the french fries were crispy as requested. Otherwise, not worth the price of admission on this night. The other really bad night was Mother's Day and that was a disaster from start to end. When another suit came over with the check and the only comps were the drinks and the Baileys he said "Well it is our first NYE and always things to fix." At this price point get it together before the customer shells out the same money regardless of the day of the week or the holiday on the calendar.

Dinner i got the seafood special that said shrimp, scallops, lobster tail, and mussels over linguine with a pink sauce. He got the cannelloni one beef and one spinach. My entree had no price listed on the specials menu. I have never let price deter me snd I Was shocked to see it was $60. We eat out a lot but that was in no way a $60 dish. The portions were small. Seafood quality was mediocre. And the lobster tails were rock lobster. Which is a coarser meat and not as flavorful as Maine lobster. Which was misleading on the description. Overall one and done for us. In my opinion its too expensive for what they are serving.

We had a party of 7 and we were very excited to finally try Dreo. We started with 2 orders of the calamari and the spinach dip special. My husband noticed the calamari also had shrimp which I am allergic to. They happily removed the shrimp but unfortunately it's fried in the same oil (which is completely logical) but everyone at our table (besides me) throughly enjoyed the calamari. I cannot even begin to explain how good the spinach dip was. I'm not sure I'll have want to eat spinach dip without garlic bread again!!! Next up entrees: 2 ribeyes, 1 NY strip, 1 Korean BBQ Bowl, 1 Soy Maple Glazed Salmon, and 1 Tuscan Fried Chicken. I am newly pregnant and to be honest I was not looking forward to eating out because my go to is rib eye but I refuse to eat well done meat so instead I ordered the Tuscan fried chicken. I also asked to sub the mashed potatoes for truffle fries and the veggie medley for green beans. They had no problems with my requests which I loved. I loved every single bite of my chicken and I actually stopped caring that I was missing on steak! In fact every single person at our table loved everything they ate too. We ended our meal with cookie skillets and again absolutely delicious! Now our meal was fantastic by itself but I have to say our waiter Brett was just as amazing!! He couldn't have done a better job and he totally rolled with our parties over the top personalities. Even if the food wasn't outstanding we'd go back just for the service! I really hope of the owners or managers see this; Brett is fantastic and deserves praise!! We will definitely be back and since I still have about 7 and half months to go I will be coming back for more Tuscan fried chicken soon!!
