We had asked for for a quote on the phone and they said they need to send somebody over for an estimate. He said there is no charge for the consultation. The locksmith that came over said it would be $250.00 to change a $12.00 cylinder. We told him that was too much and he tried bargaining with us down to $200.00. We said no and again and asked him leave. He then insisted on a $50.00 consultation fee. He became belligerent and it took us over 15 minutes to get him to leave. We tried going to the office to let the manager know, but there is no actual office. The locksmith who ended up doing the job charged $60.00 and did an amazing job.

We scheduled to resolve the second door handle issue the following day, and he was excellent. Truly made my day -- thank you Giorgi for turning an off experience (which was out of your control) into an excellent one, and for leading with honor, respect and kindness. I'm sharing you with my friends and neighbors and wishing you all the best! -- Fast service, rude technician -- right away on arrival he spoke to me with an attitude. Mind you that's when folks tend to exercise their social skills, of which this man apparently had none. I was taken aback so I asked him to pls watch his tone. The job included fixing two door knobs -- he fixed the first very easily, in under 3 minutes, and by the second door knob he was wanting more money than was quoted. At which point I was fed up and asked him to leave. He then said he'd do it for slightly above the quoted price -- I thought about it but, I'd rather give my business to nice people.
