All i needed was for them to unlock my car. The disbatcher said they charge $30 to show up & $35+ depending on what the lock takes. She said they would be out to unlock within 30 mins....2 HOURS LATER...they arrived. let me just point out that this is QUADROUPLE the amount of time they said it would be. About an hour after waiting we decided to call to see what their eta was. In response the disbatch lady said "i will check" then just hung up. No.."let me call u right back" or " hold for a moment" this bitch just hung up. So we called back immediately just to make sure we werent disconected because the call ended so abruptly. This time a man ansewered. He was just as fucking pleasent as the woman. I said "i just was talking to the other gal on the phone & she said she would check, but the phone hung up..? I just want to make sure were being taken care of". He replied with "oh, well when she doesn't answer the phone it just goes to my cell." First of all..whatTheFuck does that even mean??!?! Second of all...he didn't adress my question or concern. After that statement he said, "ya. She's checking on it." THEN HE HUNG UP ON ME TOOOOO. No "thank you", or "goodbye" just *click!* Phone etiquette is NOT a thing with these people. So once they showed up 2hrs later, they then quoted me $138, literally double the amount over the phone. I could understand if it was a difficult lock or if they had to travel far, however their facility was 0.4 miles away from where we were & it took them 1 tool + a total of 3mins to unlock the door. This was such a scam, i feel so increadibly used. This place need to be shut down by the Beter Business Bureau immediately.

The courteous man on the phone gave me a two-hour window later that day and quoted a $29.00 service fee for the visit. When I asked how much the lock and labor would cost, he said the technician would assess the situation and give me a quote. The technician arrived 90 minutes past the end of the two hour window, though he did call and was apologetic. When he finally arrived, he wanted to charge me triple the retail price of the locks, and close to $200 an hour to install. I protested and he lowered the price significantly. This, according to the technician, is how they do business. He said, "We start high and then work with you." He did good work and was perfectly courteous but the whole experience was like buying a used car. I won't use them again.
