I went to The Lipo Lounge's grand opening today. I was really impressed with how clean and modern the facility is. The place was packed and the vibe was very charming! I haven't partaken in any services yet, that's the only reason I'm giving 4 stars. But it's definitely a very welcoming environment. I am so happy with my results in just a few months .....and I didn't really diet! I lost 5 lbs & 3 inches (targeting my belly) Initially, the Dr helped me choose a plan of attack. The manager there continues to not wear a mask and does not practice distancing while mask less either. Im shocked they are allowed to be open. This business is a scam even without Covid-19. Before visiting I was losing 2-3 pounds weekly, and after listening to their "diet plan" I gained 14 pounds! When I brought this to the managers attention she chuckled.... this establishment has no vegan or even vegetarian options. I started going to Lipo Lounge to get eyelash Extensions. I had tried a few places before but wasn't having very much luck until I came here and met Alexa. Her lash skills are amazing! She has such a warm and friendly personality and makes you feel right at home. I found out Alexa also taught Pilates. Now I am not the kind of person who gets out of her comfort zone a lot, but I figured she is so friendly she would probably help me to be comfortable with this....I was SO right! She is so informative and helpful and I've never felt so comfortable trying something new. And who knew Pilates is such a great workout!? The freeze is a complete and total waste of time and money! The same for the melts. The melts are relaxing at least. The facilities are nice, but what a waste of time and money!!!!!!!!!!!!! Zero stars but it won't let you post without adding a star! Also Temecula is closed. Ramona is an obnoxious, long, motion sick drive. I UNFORTUNATELY purchase the melts in Temecula. They were dishonest when I asked if they were closing down. They did close down and I had services outstanding. They gave me a freeze which I NEVER wanted, instead of refunding my $798!!!!!! I wasted almost 5 hours!!!! An hour and 15 minute, long windy, drive each way and then the LAME freeze!!!!!!!! What a waste!!!!!!!!!!! Greed! This review is for the Lipo Laser Melt from their location in La Mesa, and I couldn't be more pleased with the whole process. Before doing lipo laser, I obviously did as much research as I could beforehand, but I still felt that my experience gave me results (all great) that no one prepared me for, so I'd like to take this time to give you that information. First of all, the location, place, staff, and equipment are all top notch quality. Everything is clean and well kept, as well as tons of privacy! At the time that I got my consultation, I would describe my body type as "I swear I have abs under this layer of fat." I was about 10 pounds from my goal weight. I'm used to having a 28 inch stomach, but with quarantine...well, I ate a bit. My consultation was done the same day as my first session, which was really cool as a completely new customer to lipo-stuff. After just 2 sessions, I could see a huge difference. I didn't even tell anyone that I was doing this, and I was receiving compliments from friends that I looked great. I was thinking, wow, and I still have 4 more to go! By the 5th session, I was back to wearing those cute, tighter clothes that I save for my "skinny" days. More importantly, a lot of my confidence was back! This was literally over the course of 2 weeks! There were two other things that I gained from this experience that no one told me about before starting, that I want to share with you: 1. My water intake has SKYROCKETED. For the procedure to work best, plus 1000 other reasons to drink water, you really need to focus on taking the right amount during this time. No problem at all! I'm no doctor, but I feel like maybe the whole flushing of fat out of your body just makes you incredibly thirsty. I went from drinking about 40oz a day to over 70oz. 2. My energy level has also gone up drastically! I'm a caffeine fiend. I drink 1-2 cups in the morning and take a 200mg pill around lunch to get me through the day. This adds up to around 300mgs a day. When your fat is removed out of the fat cells though, half of it is flushed out of you, and the other half is turned into energy. And I mean, real energy. Not a placebo of any kind. I went from all that caffeine to just a single cup of coffee, with loads more energy to carry me through the day. It was like the best preworkout that I could have to kill the virtual gym in my living room. Now, I think I had a really great experience, but I didn't leave it just up to the lipo-laser to give me that. I worked out about 4 days a week, and put myself on a pretty intense diet too. That alone would give me results, absolutely. But paired with this, it was like seeing results that I would normally see in 6 weeks, in 2 weeks. And I've only had 5 sessions. All in all, I really recommend this. It's a great "restart" button for people who overall are healthy and fit, but need a jump start, or just a nice confidence boost. I purchased a Groupon deal. When I called they scheduled me in a week. I got a pitch for their different deals. I upgraded to Lipo laser for 6 sessions ( twice a week/20 minutes sessions). The ladies at the Poway location are very nice, and accommodating. My sessions were very relaxing. The heat on the laser almost put me into sleep. I followed all their instructions regard wearing yoga pants after treatments, and taking liver cleansing supplement with every meal. I exercise regularly and eat healthy regularly anyway. But they also ask you to follow good diet to see better results. I saw results from my treatments (from .5" up to 2" measurement loss in different sections of my body that was treated). They measure you before and after. But I also measured myself at home before and after and wrote it down. I recommend you also measure yourselves as it is a good proof. Lipo laser seems to tone a bit as well as reduce fat. The only reason I gave them a rating 4 instead of 5 is couple of times I had to wait for my sessions as other folks before me had arrive late and they were using the machines and there were no other machines available. I recommend them. And I will use them again. read more

I am so happy the west end of Ramona finally has an exercise studio. I have been going to the Pilates classes since they started offering them. Alexa is a fantastic teacher and the classes are great. I usually go 3x a week and definitely notice a difference in my strength and muscle tone. Classes are small and package prices are affordable. I also get my eyelashes done here. She always does an amazing job on them and I get lots of compliments. I definitely recommend Lipo Lounge. read more

This review is for the Lipo Light (9 treatments). I purchased this on Groupon for a great price and made an appointment and was seen quickly. I met with April, who took me on a tour of their new facility and informed me of their other services as well as ones planned for the near future. She weighed me, taped me and then explained all 3 of their lipo services, lipo-light, lipo-melt and lipo-freeze (that's in order of least to most expensive). She gave me prices to upgrade to melt or freeze services. I had done my research and in my case with just some vanity weight/fat to drop on my abdomen, I opted to stay with what I purchased. So yes, you will get a bit of an upgrade pitch, but I felt no pressure at all and she was super nice during the entire conversation. She even gave me a free lipo melt session my first day. The treatments last 15 min and were a relaxing experience for me. You lay down under a blanket with the paddles or padding wrapped around your target area that warm up. Then you use the shake plate for 10 min (to help get that melted fat moving through your system) and you're done. I went twice a week for 4.5 weeks. I was already at a healthy BMI and didn't have a whole lot to lose but I lost 9 pounds and 6 inches overall. I'm very satisfied with my results. For anyone considering lipo light or melt, please understand you need to work with the treatments. You have to drink a lot of water, exercise (especially after treatments), eliminate/reduce alcohol and keep those starches to bare minimum. I worked very hard during treatment month, averaging 150 ounces of water per day, moderate exercise, alcohol only on 2 occasions and maintained a low carb diet with lots of fresh veggies and lean protein. I plan to go back and try more of their services. They offer yoga, barre, facials and microdermabrasion in addition to lipo. I'm glad to have them here in Ramona! read more

Alexa is an amazing Pilates instructor! She is so kind, patient, and always has a smile on her face. I was knew to Pilates and she made me feel comfortable and taught me all I needed to know with ease. Although I was new to the class, Alexa knows what she is doing as every time I left i was sore and felt like I got the most out of my workout. I like how there are only 3 Pilate stations as it makes for a smaller class (less intimidating for newbies). The lounge is cozy and cute, clean, and has a lot of natural lighting. The parking is easy and they sell cute items related to fitness/health. Love this place and definitely recommend. read more

I am Georgia I bought a groupon for 9 lipo light sessions I was told these would not work and I bought another package $250 more and it was only 6 treatments some kind of mask covering my face. Well i could go on forever it made my lower chin and face worse. called and the manager Karen she said how can it be worse. Let me tell you it is be careful hate this to happen to anyone else.My chin has little bumps and have deep scare in chin not happy this was a few months ago. Did nothing for me. saw April in Ramona. I also saw the doctor last week. She is trained well to try and convince you nothing is wrong you should have had at least 12 to 20 treatment more.Please be careful.Hope this helps read more
