I have always had a very hard time going under hypnosis and this time it just seemed effortless. Anik is very confident and experienced and that made all the difference. Going in, I didn't really expect anything but just an open mind and heart. The past week and the day that I met her, I have been dealing with stress hives due to my boards exam. I was in denial that it was stress that was causing my hives. She gave me this essential oil when we started the session and tried it out on my forearm where my hives were to see if I'd have any reaction to it. You'll feel comfortable around her quickly! It didn't take me long to loosen up. After my reiki session, remember those hives on my forearm? They were gone. After that, I believed that my stress was affecting my body system.
