12 oz sirloin, garlic mashed potatoes, grilled vegetables, and the extra skewer of shrimp.

A quaint little restaurant/Bar inside the Marriott residence Inn. English early American decor. The food is good, as well as the service. Come in relax don't rush. The bartender is also your waiter, nice guy very polite, had a great experience here.

This restaurant is a wonderful enigma. It is inside the residence inn, a place where you'd never look. The chef makes amazing food. You simply must go here. We tried the blue crab stuffed shrimp and the Chef's chicken cariofo. Both were very rich and satisfying. Something you would find at any fine dining establishment. Service by Amber was top notch. All this in a tiny but tasteful cozy restaurant. Truly a hidden gem. We will become regulars to try the entire menu ... and then start over again.

The service was great , the food was delicious. I loved the atmosphere. The food menu was reasonably priced. We got a nice serving also. The bar gave me a nice pour for my order. I would highly recommend it!

Small location but BIG Flavor. Very tiny Bar/Lounge inside the residence inn but the Food was superb. The Five Pepper Chicken was excellent, flavorful and very filling. The Crab stuffed shrimp was amazing and were gone before i could snap a picture. Sliders i will say came out a little dry but nonetheless still very good. The BBQ wings were great too. Staff was courteous and very friendly. A wonderful location to get a drink and bite to eat, would highly recommend.

Convenient and has great food. Priced not to tragic for a hotel restaurant. Good service.

crappy location in a mid range hotel, the shrimp appetizer is awesome! great sauce, the chips are great but queso needs work kinda bland with good tomatillo salsa. needs to be in its own location but food is good. Steak cooked good but a bit tough, chicken was amazing. Quite possibly the best chicken ive ever had. 4 out of 5 just because of location and atmosphere, food is a 5....except queso is a 2.

The food here should not be this good for a hotel in a bass pro parking lot. I got the Chefs chicken and it was immaculate I ate every bite. The bar has big pours too!

This was my first time at Tycoon. I have been to Volstead and really liked it. They are similar,…read morebut Tycoon feels a little "fancier". The decor is very plush. I love the bar. I can't wait to go back and sit at the bar. Our waiter Shawn was great. Very calm, helpful and available when we needed him. The Lavender Lemonade is a delicious cocktail and a great way to start the meal. The Fat Cat Fries has so many flavors going on. They were good. I LOVED the Blistered Shishitos and Crabmeat Dip. The naan it was served with was warm and abundant. I do not like when you order a dip and hardly get any chips or bread for dipping. Tycoon covered it! Our friend had the French Onion Soup and liked it. The Steak Frites (substituted with broccolini) that our friend got looked amazing. My husband had the Wagyu Sliders and really enjoyed them. I had the Mediterranean Primavera with blacked chicken that our waiter recommended adding. It was very good. They have a nice wine selection. Not a huge list, but good.

So I have been wanting to try Tycoon for quite some time now. I decided to make reservations there…read morefor Valentine's Day, which was probably my first mistake. I made my reservation on Resy. A couple of days later I get a call from the restaurant saying they needed a $25 deposit over the phone, in case we cancel. I have dined at a lot of restaurants but never have I made a deposit upfront, they would just have a card on file and charge it if there is a no show. The lady on the phone (Chelsea) said we would only have 90 minutes at our table, which is standard for most restaurants. Nevertheless we paid $25 and kept our reservation, since Valentine's Day is busy time I figured this was the reason for all of this. Upon our arrival we were seated right away, and as soon as we sat down the hostess let us know that they would need our table by 5:45pm, because that is when the next reservation would be there. Right off the bat I felt rushed. I hated the table we were sat in, because we were so close in proximity to other people. Tycoon is very pretty inside, but if you are not seated in one of their spacious booths, the other tables are so close together, you will definitely hear other people's conversations. Let's talk about the food, I ordered the Lavender Lemonade as my cocktail and that was really good. For our appetizer we had the Deviled eggs, and I was excited because I love Deviled Eggs, but these were just okay. I didn't love how over stuffed they were, I just felt like it was too much. For my entree I had the Chicken Parmesan which I thoroughly enjoyed. I thought my meal was flavorful and the pasta was perfectly cooked. My husband had the sea bass and he loved his food. To end the night we shared their Dessert Trio and that was delicious, aside from the Creme Brûlée because that had no taste. Their service was good. Our waiter was nice and attentive. I definitely didn't feel rushed by him, but the same hostess stood near waiting for me to take my last bite of pasta so she could take the plate from the table. We were watching the time the whole time to make sure we got out of there on time. Overall I was disappointed. I get that Valentine's Day is busy day for restaurants but I don't want to be rushed through a dinner that should be enjoyable.

Fantastic Nepalese/Indian cuisine on Main Street!…read more We stopped by Karma and it did not disappoint! The restaurant is large with a nice bar area and the service was very friendly and efficient! Apps: Chili Momos (Veg) and Gobi Manchurian - the momos were super crispy and the sauce was very spicy in a good way! The Manchurian was so saucy and packed with flavor. Recommend both! Mains: Himalayan Thukpa, Palak Paneer, Malai Kofta - the Thukpa was the highlight! The broth was perfectly salty with a great umami taste. The Malai Kofta was rich and I enjoyed the cheesy koftas. The Palak Paneer was tasty, but I enjoyed the malai and thukpa more! Dessert: Pistachio Cheesecake - delicious! More like a pistachio ice cream cake, but it was so good and not too sweet! Overall, we really enjoyed our meal! Will absolutely be back!

The Himalayan thali was the highlight naan so soft it felt like clouds, and lentil curry that carried deep, cozy flavors. The chowmein with lamb and chicken had that smoky stir-fry kick, and the momos were a joy to try. The butter tikka momos were creamy and rich, while the choila momos with the chef's sauce brought a spicy spark that stayed with me. The drinks matched the season perfectly. The Gurkhas Old Fashioned was smooth with a twist, and the hot rum punch felt like warmth in a glass just right for winter. The place itself was cozy, with a vibe that made me want to linger. Even during busy hours the staff stayed friendly, though the food took a little longer to arrive. Still, the service felt welcoming. Altogether, the mix of food, drinks, and atmosphere made the evening memorable in its own way.

Good Happy Hour 3p-6p & Lunch Specials on weekdays. We enjoyed our meals and choice of side items. I got personal pizza & house salad. House salad was nothing special and they were very skimpy on the ranch. Pizza was tasty! Parmageddon & fries were enjoyed. Only thing my Dad didn't prefer with his dish was side choice of "seasonal veggies" and it was just broccoli. He was expecting more than one vegetable. He does not like broccoli but will tolerate a small amount. Lesson learned for next time, ask what the veggies are that day. Shrimp & Calamari app was good. We'll be back!

We love the decor and era theme with the MTV music video vibes. Like others have mentioned though, the service needs attention. We typically have issues with getting service on the patio, drinks are slow, we have to push for additional drinks, our food isn't severed timely, etc. Our most recent visit, I have to give our server credit, the pre-lunch salad was ordered incorrectly so it went back and by the time they re-made the salad, it came out after the main meal. My husband HATES that! We do not think twice to drive 45 minutes to get to Rock & Brew for the blackberry mojitos but to get bad service, that makes it difficult to justify. If you are headed to the bar to just have a few blackberry mojitos, I recommend this place all day. If you want service and plan to eat, I am not sure I would give it any stars with the last few visits. We have had great service here, just not in the last 3 visits.

This visit we didn't get any entrees or drinks we were there for the cake. We don't have one in our state so we were ECSTATIC to find out there were a few in the metroplex area. We did go 2 out of our 4 days there. Just get the cake, ask for a middle piece. Everything is locally sourced and the whipped cream is made fresh and you can tell. Every bite is heaven. The slices are pretty big so 2 of us share one. The service is fantastic and fast. Zero complaints. We also learned on our last visit that they ship the whiskey cake.. not sure they should've told me this lmao because I will be ordering.

Whiskey Cake Kitchen & Bar - Comfort, Cocktails, and a Sweet Finish…read more A quick stop in Fort Worth to visit friends during our six-week road trip led us here, and it turned into one of those "glad we chose this place" kind of nights. The space is large, comfortable, and full of life, even on a Wednesday evening. There are cozy sofa corners if you want something a little more intimate, plus an outdoor area that's "outside"... but not too outside, which honestly feels like a win. Drinks were a highlight. My boulevardier was spot on, and then I shared a smoked Old Fashioned with my friend that was just... exquisite. Smooth, balanced, and a little dramatic in the best way. Food held its own. The chicken and waffles were delicious, the chopped chicken salad was fresh and satisfying, and my friend's Reuben got a lot of love from her side of the table. And then came dessert. We shared the Whiskey Cake with praline ice cream, and let's just say, it lives up to the name. Decadent, rich, and absolutely worth it. Service was really good. Attentive without hovering, and thoughtful in those small ways that stand out. At one point, our server split the Old Fashioned for us without us even asking. That kind of anticipation earns points. This is the kind of place you return to when you're back in town. Comfortable, reliable, and just indulgent enough to feel like a treat.
