Impressive place! My parents raved about this place while I was in Texas. FINALLY, I came to AZ and got to try it to see what the hype is all about... let me tell you the hype is real. We order from the place on a weekly basis that's how good it is. Of course their service is great and the owner was so sweet.

This gem is hard to find. It does not face Bell Road. Wraps are Greek to me. According to AI…read moreOverview the term means " a food dish made of a flatbread and filling". It's use is correct. It's application is not, however associated with Greek food. This makes it still harder to find. I found it once and loved it. Then it was lost for a long time. Now its location is easy to get to. There is plenty of parking. Just keep in mind that the name is "Greek Wraps" not usually, how we think of Greek Food. Greek Wraps sells a seven inch Gyro and a 10 inch one. The meat sliced thin, piled on a pita, with lettuce and tomato under Yogurt sauce. If you want a meatless meal order Falafel. It's flavor is robust but it doesn't have any meat in it. Beverages come in a large cup. You get to pick from three kinds of Coke and at least four other drinks. They come in one size: large. Greek Wraps is well established business. It's clean and service is brisk the atamospher is casual. The staff is pleasant and professional. They would get five stars from me, but I cannot in good conscience do so. The bathroom was clean, but the door handle did not lock. I would bet that if I were back in a week I'd find the bathroom door lock fixed. It's not a week from now, and I do so with apologies to the management, who I think highly of. They get four stars for now.

If I'm paying restaurant prices, Id hope for actual plates, not in disposable to-go packaging. To make matters worse, we asked if they had anything spicy to add flavor to the chicken. The only option was a green sauce they wanted to charge an additional $0.75 for. After spending more than $65 on a simple lunch, nickel-and-diming customers for a tiny cup of sauce is ridiculous. It's not about the seventy-five cents; it's about the principle. When the food is already overpriced and underwhelming, charging extra for basic condiments just feels like a money grab.

Usually LOVE this spot. Today was a letdown. Super…read moredisappointing. Treated some friends, hyped up how good this place was. We both ordered a chicken wrap; I got one, and they shared one. When we got our food, the wraps were TINY- we both requested "no tomatoes" (how I normally order), but the wraps came out like half the size. ABSOLUTE RIPOFF. I cannot justify paying as much money as I did for such a tiny wrap. I saved half and took a picture. In hindsight, I should've taken a photo of the tiny portion on the tray. It looked like a pressed egg roll. Food: delicious BUT OVERPRICED FOR THE TINY PORTION. Service: always friendly, but really guys? This wrap is embarrassing. Ambiance: chill. This must've been what I paid for- cuz the food was a child's portion. Conclusion: thank goodness I ordered some of everything- otherwise, we'd still be hungry. My friends enjoyed the flavors but were not impressed with the size of their wrap. Especially because they ripped off some of the extra wrap, which made it smaller. Doubt I'll be back unless they fix their portions. For real, I feel ripped off. Updated: decreasing from 5 stars to 2.

Unfortunately, that's where the positives ended. We ordered and were asked if we were dining in or taking our food to go. We said dining in, but there were no open tables inside (around 12 total) and zero tables available outside. We ended up waiting in the back for a table to open while staff repeatedly walked around looking for our table number, never once asking if the order might be ours. After several minutes, someone finally asked if we were number 11. We were. Once seated, the decor was cute, but service was mediocre at best. The food was the biggest disappointment. It had been a while since we last visited, and it's definitely not the same. The rice was bland and flavorless, and the gyro meat tasted like frozen, reheated product -- very dry, with the main flavor being salt. Instead of the fresh-carved gyro meat you typically see on a vertical rotisserie at most Greek restaurants, the kitchen area was closed off, so there was no visible preparation or carving station. For nearly $50, the experience simply did not match the price. Between the disorganized service and underwhelming food, we won't be back. Next time, we'll stick to supporting East Valley Greek spots that offer better quality and value. I want to preface, this place used to be good. Not sure of ownership changed, but save yourself a trip and find something better and more affordable
