You can tell that there's a lot of pride, and it has a "just like mama used to make" method of cooking. Seems like they take a lot of pride in all of their dishes. It seems that everybody truly enjoyed their dishes, even the ones that had salad. Again, it was really nice that we were able to have our very own room. I would certainly come back and have the corned beef and cabbage meal; that's what my mother had and she said it was great. I've always been a fan of Wicked Fresh Craft Burgers, but my recent experience with the Wicked Steak Salad was a major letdown. I specifically chose this dish for the blue cheese pairing, but it arrived with almost no cheese at all. * Missing Ingredients: I found maybe two tiny crumbles in the entire container. If it were just sold as a "Wicked Steak Salad" without the blue cheese in the name, it would be accurate--but I ordered it specifically for the combo. * Lack of Evidence: As you can see in the photo I've attached, there is zero sign of blue cheese throughout the greens or on the steak. * Poor Service Response: When I called to let them know, I was told the cheese "must have melted into the steak." Looking at the picture, the steak clearly isn't hot enough to have vaporized the cheese. I'm disappointed that instead of acknowledging a simple kitchen error, the staff treated me like I was seeing things. I hate leaving negative reviews for places I previously liked, but being treated like you're crazy when you're just trying to provide helpful feedback is not cool. I hope they take more accountability in the future.
