Always clean inside, never had any issues with any of the machines & all of the washers I used worked great every time I went, free dry makes such a difference, change machine always worked. Could get a little busy & cramped at times, parking lot is small, one of the attendants was a little *too* attentive and started washing the inside lid of a machine that my clothes were still in as I was unloading the second one I used... Other than that, this was one of my go-to laundromats in Albuquerque. Definitely recommend! read more

Great little Laundromat. Locally owned, great prices, very friendly staff. I definitely recommend.

I was in contact with the greedy ,losing and corrupt owner of this business after I posted my first review of this business. He was upset with my review, and said that all problems would be resolved in the near future, a couple of weeks as most. I tried to be understanding, and wasn't really interested in creating problems. All I ever wanted is to have the owner correct the problems so the customers would be treated with human consideration and respect. Even though the owner promised the problems, I promised I would stop by next wash day and hang in there IF the bad conditions were resolved. I went by the other day, a month later and nothing had been done NOTHING AT ALL. THIS MALE , I will not call him a man because he doesn't deserve the respect since he shows none of his customers any respect!! There are many other laundramats in the area and I will post them on my web site anonymousjohnson127 gmail.com But first I am going to find out the two laundromats he "manages" for other owners. I intend to ask them to join me at this facility to see how he takes care of his own business, and why should they expect him to run their businesses any differently. It is my intention to decrease his greed!! Time to pay back to the customers!! I assume he will try to prevent me from entering all these businesses in the future. If so, he will wind up with a BIG federal Civil Right complaint!! Hope he has a lot of money he wants to spend on lawyers I also hope he threatens and/or fires employees to try to get some indirect revenge on me. That would bring in the National Labor Relations Board and also the Equal Employment Opportunities Commission. I will make it as costly for him as I can, it is his call. He can act like a man and take care of his businesses properly or we can rock and I will cost him every cent I can!! I spent 37mo in Nam dodging bullets 24/7 and held many friends die in my arms. I am in love with this place. I'm sorry that another reviewer had a bad experience, but I couldn't be happier with this place. Every time I come, the manager/owner is extremely polite and helpful. He's always willing to answer questions and is always cleaning or helping another customer. More than once he's actually saved me money by showing me a cheaper machine to use for whatever I was washing at the time. There is the occasional nonfunctional machine, but that's to be expected in a laundromat. I didn't find myself or any other patron inconvenienced at all. Typical laundromat. Arcade games, tvs. But free dryers which makes it very cheap to do laundry here.

Worst customer service over the phone. Clothing was damaged in a dryer. Owner was not at all helpful. Laughed as I told her how my shirt was damaged. Nancy McDow rude over the phone. She was not the one to show up to fix the problem. We were told to use another establishment in the future. read more
