I have gone here a few times to walk some c oversized comforters. The place is clean but upon walking in there is what seems to be a sewer smell. I have never had a problem with the machines or the staff. I actually like that they have staff on hand. I will try to find another place to use before going here due to their high prices. read more

Went here to wash an oversized load, paid $5 washer was broken didn't rinse my item, attendant did pay for me to re-wash. Placed item in dryer, went outside to wait came back in to see that the dryer door didn't stay latched, wasted time & $$$ at this horrible laundry mat. Do not come here if you want the machines to work. Time & money wasted. Shame on you Laura for overcharging to dry. read more

Unfortunately my washer broke and I have to wait a week before a repair man can come out. I looked up a laundromat near by and Laura's popped up. I'm glad it did! Laura's laundry is clean and has plenty of washers and dryers to use. The attendant was very friendly and ready to answer all the questions I have since I've never been to a laundromat before. The washers range from $3-$5 depending on the cycle you choose, they take change and cards which I really appreciated. Another bonus is their dryers are free to customers who used the washers. If you need to dry something you can swing in and pay for that seperatly as well. They are located right next to O'hares on southern and 5-28. All in all a good experience. read more

The place is clean but honestly it's not worth going even for the free dry. Washing is over priced but that isn't the worst of it. If you thought you could go do your errands or leave the premises AT ALL you are mistaken. The lady who runs the place is mean and rude, you aren't allowed to leave at all while your clothes are washing or drying so you have to reserve yourself to sitting there in an over crowded laundromat for anywhere from an hour to 2 hours depending on how long you have to wait for a dryer to become available and how much laundry you need to do. It's completely the most inconvenient laundromat I have ever had the displeasure of needing to use. God help you if you need to ask the lady there a question, she's always rude and nasty, she treats everyone like criminals. Don't waste your time or money. Worst customer experience ever. read more

I have to admit it has been years since I took my clothes willingly to a laundry mat. I would regularly wind up with new stains on my clothes or encountering one kind of freaky situation or another -- I had never had a positive experience until Laura's Laundry (the fact I'm giving a five star rating speaks volumes, but they have earned it!)! Jeannette (I'm using my mom's spelling for "Jeannette," the kind red haired attendant) is quick with a greeting -- to everyone-- and information about the facilities. Jeannette keeps the place clean and inviting; I have yet to see Jeannette sitting down or even taking a break! It really is a pleasant experience, considering where we are and what we're doing! It's a nice, clean facility and we've been back several times now, and will return. read more

I have a great washer n dryer at my house, but every once in a while I go to the laundry to wash large items. I went into this laundry at 8:00 pm apparently they changed their hours and I wasn't aware! I put in all my detergent, softener and all the extras I use. Loaded my machine and putting in my quarters a young girl came up and said. Oh we're closed. I asked why the door was open and why she didn't tell me when she saw me walking in. She shrugged her shoulders. I said I only have one load and I won't even dry it she said I couldn't while there were a lot of washers and dryer's going. I asked for the manager who just kept saying sorry we're closed! I will not go back. The people at the laundry just up the street on southern and Unser are soooo friendly and even if it's close to closing, they let you in!! 100% nicer and very clean! read more

Very clean and nice laundromat. Dryers are free if you do the wash here. Machines are several different size loads and take credit cards. Attendants are very helpful and polite. I will definitely be coming here weekly as my house is being remodeled and I am without my washer. read more

I went to this laundromat for the first time last Wednesday and The attendant poured drain cleaner into my laundry. I had to pay over 20 dollars to take the load to another laundromat to rewash this load. read more

Went here for the first time last week and it was a really great experience. Mason, one of the workers there was very helpful and friendly and provided us with excellent service! I am definitely coming back when I need my stuff washed again. It was a great and clean environment here, really organized, and reasonably priced. I used the large washer for $5 and the dryer for 25 cents per 6 minutes, it wasn't bad at all and wait time was reasonable. Definitely a lot of space and a nice little arcade. I would recommend this place to anyone. read more

They take credit cards! Makes it so much easier for out of state folks who are out of cash! The attendant was very helpful instructing on how to use the machines. And the driers are free! They also allowed me to take a cart (upon request) outside the building to my car! This is illegal in Arizona. The location is better than the previous location in 2012 behind the Albertsons (I'm assuming it's the same company). read more

The best! Huge selection of washers with different sizes and prices. Free drying!!! The machines are always clean, and the staff is helpful. I do my own laundry, but they do have laundry service. The have fans going when it's hot out, TVs, 2 vending machines, and a clean restroom. read more

First time using Laura's Laundry and I was very happy I chose to come here. The place is very clean. There is an abundance of washing machines and dryers. Drying is free when you wash here. I have never been to a laundromat that had free drying when you wash. There is a good selection of different sized washing machines at very reasonable prices. I have been to many different laundromats across this country and this has been probably my best experience and I would highly recommend Laura's Laundry to anyone in the Rio Rancho/Albuquerque area looking for a good, clean, reasonably priced self serve laundromat. read more

Super clean!!! I didn't believe all of the other reviews about how clean it was here. I should have! Right after I pulled my two loads out of the washer the employee was scrubbing it down! That made me feel a lot better about washing here. And you get to dry for free when you wash!! Big plus! You can use your card here and there's even a sign on the door that said Apple Pay. I didn't try it for myself so I'm not sure how true that is. Great place! I will come back here until my dryer is fixed!! read more

We live in a motorhome and travel constantly so are always doing our laundry in a different laundromat. Laura's Laundry is by far the best one I have used in years. It's very clean, has plenty of different-sized washers and dryers and they are cheap. The machines are so new they take credit cards if desired. I even told the nice lady (sorry, I don't remember her name) that they should charge more based on the average prices we've paid. If I could do laundry here every time it would great. She even helped take my laundry back to my car when done. read more

Very friendly and helpful when we walked in. Clean cheap machines ($5 for huge washer & $1.25 for small; dryer .25 for 8mins). Not busy at all on a Saturday, was able to get in and out fast. I had to choose 1 star because I had to choose something to write a review. I went in last night to dry some clothes, because our dryer broke. I was unaware there were specified free dryers. I got change, put my money in and was rudley verbally attacked and threatened by the attendant saying I needed to move my clothes and if she "really wanted to be a bitch" could make me leave. She proceeded to stare me down, call her boss, called me "a blonde bitch", demoralize and demean me. She refused to let me speak to the owner. I am a manger and have a staff of 13. We pride ourselves on exeplary customer service. Not to mention I am human and was caught totally off guard. Her tirade began because I guess she assumed I was stealing their hot air. Once it occurred to her that I had paid she apologized and offered to pay for my next visit. I indicated there would be no next visit. My mom contacted the owner today and boy was it salt in an open wound. The owner not only took up for the ignorance of the attendant, but called my mom a liar and denied that I had requested to speak to her last night. She then proceeded to verbally threaten my mom when we said we would be posting reviews, contacting the BBB and file a police report in the event that her attendant loses her cool and really hurts someone. I would typically feel humiliated by this event, but seeing that the owner and attendant lack any education, class or knowledge of customer service I chalk this one up to simple idiocracy. Word to the wise, of you do visit, be prepared to be accosted And don't be surprised if you get stabbed with prison shank from the attendant seeing is that was obviously her mentality. read more

Never going there again... This BOY closing was so rude he shakes his head when I warm up my dryer like I am the idiot!! So, 8:20 PM Comes along and he locks me in... then he gets his mop bucket and throws water everywhere not even warning us that he is cleaning!!! Then he gets closer and closer like I am in his way of cleaning, I felt so RUSHED!!! He vacuumed and swept around me kept getting closer and closer!!! I just got fed up didn't even finish drying my clothes I had 5 little washers and 2 big washers so I had alot to dry!! Thank you for making feel rushed I left to avoid even being around him!!! What kind of creep watches your dryer all close!!! I will not go there ever again I guess I will get better service from someone who isn't in a rush to close the doors and go home. I didn't even see him the first 35 mins I was there he was in the office feet up on his cellphone, he only came out when he had to start closing!!! Oh well I think there are better laundromats in the area... I don't recommend this place!! I have been here so many times and have always had great service till i had this experience. read more
