I took my dry cleaning into Indy a few days ago. I was blown away by their kind, personal service. I asked the gal helping me if she owned the place. She said no, just an employee. I told her she represents herself as if she loves this business as an owner would. Then at pick up, I met the owner. What a delightful, kind lady. I was blessed by their appreciation for their customers and quality cleaning. I highly recommend. I found my new spot for dry cleaning. Really really like this dry cleaners. The people that work here are extremely nice and helpful and they even encourage you to use the drive though even though it's more work for them. The service is efficient (so far) and fast. You can get next day service where my previous dry cleaner took 5 days no less. I'm glad I found this new dry cleaner. read more

Avoid this place like the plague. THE WORST! I took a dozen shirts, and asked for light starch. Picked them up, and I hang them in my car. Got home, and it looked like someone rolled in them, slept them and no starch. The WORST quality I've ever experienced with a dry cleaners. The collars were not even pressed. I went to the golf course location yesterday to have a pair of pants altered. I had another pair of pants to compare the length to. the lady tossed a measuring tape on the counter and stared at me. I asked ( politely) you don't measure them? she wadded up both pairs of pants and told me to go somewhere else read more

Horrible service, owner refused to give me her name. First time ever using a cleaning service for my son ROTC uniform. I ended up driving to both locations Rio Rancho and Bernalillo to pick up missing items. Told me it was my fault and did not grant any refund. Do not give your business to this company! read more

They are the worst dry cleaners in the state. They often lose my clothes, my clothes frequently come back with the same stains I sent them in with and the owner takes forever (or never) to respond to complaints. They have ruined numerous items of my clothing but I have hung in there because they are the only cleaner in my area. Well I finally had enough when they lost two of my husbands shirts and are unwilling to reimburse their cost. I will never do business there again and for those of you who do....Buyer Beware. read more

Stay Away! They are unethical, unprofessional, and dishonest. They refuse to give refunds, and definitely will not replace items that they have damaged. I brought in three suits and a tie to be cleaned. After they cleaned it, there was starch or something all over a suit. Another suit was pressed in a way that left puckering along the sides. The silk tie was faded on the area where they had attempted to remove a food stain, and pressed with a huge crease right across the front. They would not refund my money, only giving me the option of allowing them to do the work again, which I reluctantly agreed to. After each cleaning, the tie looked worse, but thankfully the suit survived. When I went to pick up the tie and suit after the second cleaning, they blamed my husband for the color loss on the tie, stating that he had caused it by whatever (food) had originally gotten on it. Several trips, phone calls, and notes to the owner (Indy) cumulated with her arguing with me on the phone and refusing to replace the tie. She also stated that she does not want customers that are going to complain. I'm well aware that sometimes things don't go as planned, but I would hope to have them admit their error and correct the situation. That definitely will not happen if they make a mistake here. After stating that I would be reporting her to the Better Business Bureau, she finally agreed to refund the $5 that I originally asked for, for the tie cleaning service. Save yourself the drama and time, and save your clothing by going somewhere else! read more

I have had trouble in the past with them breaking the buttons on my shirts. so far the last few times have been OK ,however, the lady at the front desk is very rude. I dropped off my shirts this morning and no one was at the desk, I waited a while than peeked in the back to get someone attention. When the lady did come to help me she was very rude, no customer service skills whatsoever. Made me feel I was inconveniencing her. I go there because it's convenient, but I'm searching for a new cleaners now. read more

I don't feel good writing this review. I've never given a place one star. Ever. I dropped off two all-down (not alternative down - the real stuff) comforters and was told to sign a waiver stating that if the product was returned to me with new tears, ripped seams, stains, etc. that they would not be held responsible it was the "machines" fault. That was a big red flag for me. I should have turned around right then. I expressed my concern about that seeing as this king comforter I was about to hand over was over $500. I'm not snooty or made of money. I'm not one of those prissy women that only buys coach at full price and prances around in Prada. I'm a Walmart yoga pants kinda-gal. So $500 is a big chunk of change for me... not something I can just go out and replace, ya feel me? Anyways. The girl at the counter assured me that she would wash my comforters separately and lay them out to dry instead of hang (I guess hanging them while wet you run the risk of tearing the seams? Makes sense because wet down is heavy...) I said okay and signed the waiver. Sigh. I also prepaid $85 for both comforters. Also should have been a red flag. I went on my way and returned in three days. My comforters were in worse shape than when I dropped them off. I was shocked. I have a toddler. He eats nutella sometimes. No, I'm not a granola munching mother who makes her child eat only organic fruit as a snack. Sometimes he eats a Nutella pretzel snack . Can you blame me? I eat them too. Anyways... my child one day did this flying ninja leap onto my bed with Nutella fingers (no I wasn't fast enough to catch him like I said I eat too much Nutella) so that became one of the caked on dried food smears on this comforter. When I took the comforter out of the plastic cover there it was. Raised and dry. Like water had never touched it. You could literally pick it off with your nail. IN ADDITION to that. If you don't read this entire long winded review AT LEAST READ THIS - there were black tire marks along the edge of the comforter that were approximately 2feet long and about 6 inches in width. When I brought it to the counter (after having driven back) I laid it out on the counter to show the woman behind the desk and I said, "it looks like while it was hanging up someone ran right over it with a cart". She didn't deny. Nope. Honestly, I appreciate that she didn't make excuses. She gasped. And the look of recognition and "oh s**t" in her eyes was all the confirmation I needed. I was not reimbursed. I was told that it is not their policy to reimburse but that they would clean it again free of charge. I said, "no, I'm sorry, I appreciate that but I don't trust you guys. I'm going somewhere else". Good thing I did. Holy cow thank God I did. Really. In addition to the Nutella smear and tire marks my comforter was also dingy/brown around the edges and dirty. Just overall dirty. It's years old. I took it to E.A. Cleaners off of southern next. I didn't have to sign a waiver. I didn't have to prepay. The little lady behind the counter said "you don't pre-pay. You pay if you like". I'm not being mean, she really said it like that. I love that woman. She was amazing. I said, "okay *sniff* *sniff*". I picked it up three days later. It was puffy and white. Not a mark on it. Amazing. Also 15$ cheaper. read more

If I could give zero stars I would! Do not waste your time. Golf Course location. They continuously double crease my garments and most recently broke the zipper on my pants and refused to fix them! My employer, an assisted living facility has an account with this dry cleaners for our residents. Every time I drop off & pick up, I get great service! Also, there have been times where I needed duplicate receipts, they are super nice & always reprint the receipts. Reasonable prices also for a small business. read more

The worst cleaners ever! The people who run/own this business are all exceptionally rude. They throw your clothes on the floor when you first bring them in, and when you complain, they just stand there and smirk. Then they tell you if you don't like it, to take your business elsewhere. Only one person in the store keeping customers happy. 4 stars for Celeste !! If she's not there I take my clothes some place else. It's that bad!! The other two employees lost my clothing and gave me someone else's stuff instead. when I took them back I explained that I had payed more for the wrong order than my own smaller order. After 20 minutes and a boat load of attitude I was given my own clothing and the missing peaces of my own order that made up the price difference. Oh ya... Brought new custom curtains in as dog had urinated on one set. received them with tearrs and the holders stiches broken off. supv told me owner was out and that they would fix. a few days later Owner stated "They are old and poor quality not our fault" NO they are NEW, Expensive and CUSTOM!. she would not reimburse me for the cleaning. Got angry and yelled at me in front of other customers. these people have small town mentality. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Didnt want to entertain that they did anything wrong STAY AWAY!!! read more
