I asked the person helping me to double check with the manager to make sure that they could dry clean the curtains. He said he would get the manager to call me this past Monday. Monday came and went with no call. So on Tuesday I called the main number and explained the situation to the person answering the phone. The woman told me she would call the manager and check on my curtains. I received a voicemail while I was on a conference call that they would dry clean the curtains and have them ready by Wednesday. They lead me to believe that they were able to dry clean them without a problem. Fast forward to Thursday when I picked up my curtains. My silk curtain was torn and the "manager" supposedly left me a voicemail that my curtain was damaged. Well that's a LIE! I told the customer service person to get the manager to call me....FAST FOWARD TO FRIDAY AND NO CALL! So now I have to leave this horrible review! There was no supposed sun damage on my curtain. They are also quality curtains that are only 8 years old. They is no reason why they should have been damaged and I have dry cleaned these curtains in Fort Worth TX before with no problem. This is ridiculous.
