They have a change machine on the wall, along with detergent and dryer sheets available for purchase. Washer prices vary by size--smaller ones were about $2.50-$3.00, and the large washer was $6.50 and only took 38 minutes. Dryers were $0.25 for every 10 minutes, which felt reasonable. There was a sweet lady working in the back who was super friendly and helpful. I believe they also offer drop-off services, but I didn't ask about it. Honestly, I'd definitely come back if I ever needed to use a laundromat again!

When I found Valet I called and asked for pricing, they were nice and answered all my questions. The pricing was cheaper than the other dry cleaners I used. That was a nice surprise. The service was good, not chatty or overly nice but standard service. They asked if I wanted the shirts starched (I was never asked that before) and at what level light or heavy. I asked if it was extra charge (since everything is extra nowadays) they said no extra charge. That was another surprise to me. ‍ They definitely pay attention to detail in the way you receive your clothing back. For the suits they put plastic pieces in the collars, tissue in the sleeves and had card board on the hangers to ensure the suits kept shape. Above and beyond what our last place would do. It felt like our clothes were well taken care of. They looked sharp! For first time experience I have no complaints. Also surprised to see how big the operations were, they definitely have a system down. Very thankful for their service.

So when they referred me to this cleaner, I thought it might be the same. When i dropped off my items, the customer service was GREAT! When I returned to pick them up things changed. :( We were cleaning 3 two piece suits for my boys. They had worn them once. Apparently the envelope that comes with the suit that has the extra buttons was left in the pocket of the white suit ‍ and had bled blue on a couple of spots on the white jacket. The lady assured me that she could get it out, she just needed to keep it for 2 more days....fine When I returned 2 days later, the stains were still there, the other suits were pressed but still had food crumbs on the butt (my boys are little) so they weren't very clean. I dont know how much this stuff normally cost, but it cost me $40 and the only help I was offered was "go home and try a bleech pen" I think I'll try a different cleaners from now on.
