I don't know the prices but I know it takes alot for a business to realize its own mistakes especially when arguing with a customer over their own out dated advertising. Really sad to have to give this cleaner a 1 star. We use a different location for alterations and they do a fantastic job. So when they referred me to this cleaner, I thought it might be the same. When i dropped off my items, the customer service was GREAT! When I returned to pick them up things changed. :( We were cleaning 3 two piece suits for my boys. They had worn them once. Apparently the envelope that comes with the suit that has the extra buttons was left in the pocket of the white suit ‍ and had bled blue on a couple of spots on the white jacket. The lady assured me that she could get it out, she just needed to keep it for 2 more days....fine When I returned 2 days later, the stains were still there, the other suits were pressed but still had food crumbs on the butt (my boys are little) so they weren't very clean. I dont know how much this stuff normally cost, but it cost me $40 and the only help I was offered was "go home and try a bleech pen" I think I'll try a different cleaners from now on. read more

The Cleaners on Lomas were a pleasure to work with. I had been tasked with cleaning my sister's wedding gown for the big day. I received it with just about exactly three weeks too spare. I called a several other places to get a quote over the phone but was advised that they would need at least three weeks, they could not guarantee that it would be ready in time. I even got a chuckle from one of them as if I was had made some sort of joke. I called the Cleaners and Frank was first of all pleasant to speak with and didn't make me feel foolish for calling to get pricing on a wedding gown cleaning so close to the day. He kindly mentioned that he would need to see the dress to give me an accurate quote. Also, that he should be able to get it done in less than three weeks. I brought the dress in and he gave me a quote along with a week lead time to get it cleaned. I brought it in on Tuesday and was expected it to be done the following Tuesday. He actually called me that Friday and said that it was all done! Ahead of schedule! I had dropped off her dress, slip and gloves. Everything came out beautifully! I don't do a lot of dry cleaning or specialty cleaning, but I was so happy with their professionalism, and timeliness, that I would definitely recommend them for your needs. This has become "my" cleaners. I like that I can drop off items on my way to work, which makes it convenient. I dry clean about ever three weeks. The turnaround time is good, I don't ever feel that I wait on items. I have also used their alterations service, which I was very happy with. I wanted a curtain hemmed and grommets put in. The seamstress called me to clarify what I wanted and executed perfectly. I dry clean suit coats most often and they come out looking great. read more

So they clean the clothes right didn't have an issue with that I did tell them I didn't need my cloths expedited because they charge a $10 fee for it but yet when I came in to get my clothes they charged that fee I told they I didn't have them exhibited it took 3 days to get the cloths back but the little old lady was like I had to stay late and still billed me for it and she didn't care what so ever just because she had poor time management skills so just be aware and make sure they memo your ticket to say do not expedite because they will take advantage of the customer for every cent they can. read more

This is the absolute worst experience I've had at any business in my life. They did not clean my dresses, they looked just as dirty as when I dropped them off so I complained. The owner started raising his voice at me and told me it was my fault that I didn't tell them I wanted the stains removed. (I thought that was the purpose of a dry cleaner) So I go to take my dresses back and he ACTUALLY GRABS them from me and said "no these are mine now". I had to threaten to call the police so this lunatic would let go of my clothing. DO NOT GO HERE!! The minute I walked in he said " Did your mother let you wear that?" I am a 27 year old woman and he treated me terribly because of it. He's sexist, rude, ignorant, disrespectful, and chauvinistic. read more

Customer service is terrible and advertising is not accurate. Their website says they offer 20% off for all first time customers and a military discount. They said they don't offer a discount on rush jobs. So no discount because I had a 1 day service. The owner is rude and speaks over you and tries to dictate what you need vs what you want, his staff is resistant to say anything and deflects everything back to him. Save yourself the trouble and go someplace that will appreciate your business. read more

Heavy, upholstery-grade curtains, over a double sliding door needed cleaning after 20 years. I am elderly, so could not get them down myself. Jensen came, took them, cleaned them and used a process to eliminate all chemical odors, and brought them back, for no extra charge. They look brand-new. His commitment to customer service is phenomenal: he hauled in my steel ladder from the garage, determined the plastic tabs were too brittle and damaged to held the weight, offered to find replacements, and called to say he had ordered some. He will return to hang the curtains as soon as they come in. The cost of cleaning all this material was below my expectations, and the service is extraordinary. And all with a pleasant, caring, professional demeanor! A veteran, with a working, RN wife, Jensen represents the best in us. By the way, the cleaning was just as terrific as he is. I haven't seen how they deal with actual dry cleaning yet. Leather, however, is poorly handled. I took in a leather purse with a pen-mark on it, and they said that they outsource leather to a guy who takes his time but does a great job. It was actually Frank that I spoke to (possibly the owner of the business). Frank said he wasn't sure that the leather guy could get the mark out, but agreed with me that he would ask him what he thought, and not let him just give it a try if he wasn't sure that he could get it out. Here I am, with the same mark on the purse, out twenty bucks. What happened? The leather guy wasn't sure he could get it out, but went ahead and gave it a shot. Frank paid him his fee even though he'd not followed the agreement and the purse looked exactly as it had when I walked in the door with it. Even though it's really Frank's problem that his leather expert doesn't follow simple instructions, he passed that cost on to me - a lack of integrity that left me nonplussed. In short, don't bother taking your leather here, unless you're interested in providing an unknown "expert" with training materials. I'll update this review when I know how they handle ordinary dry cleaning. read more
