I don't know who are writing those 5-star reviews (on Google). The reviews are so 'glowing' (with pictures yet! LOL) that I drove to Ti-Dee from the NE Heights to just see what it is like -- if it was THAT good, I was going to start going there. Well, It is TERRIBLE. I arrived there at 9 a.m. (this morning -- Monday), and no one was there. It's small. Overpriced. Crappy old machines. And the guy on duty was SO RUDE. Forget it. read more

After getting clothes stolen out of the apartment laundry room, we started coming here for the wash/fold service. It's cheap and it worked out well most of the time. We had two serious problem incidents, however. First, they apparently don't check the pockets of the clothes before washing. A red pen exploded in a load of whites and ruined several things. They did not get any of the ink out and it wasn't clear to me that they even tried. They pointed out two things that had spots on them, but said the rest of the items were fine-- only once I got them home did I realize almost all the garments had stains. Second, on one occasion I brought some clothes for wash/fold and some for dry cleaning. They said they can do dry cleaning, but then they put my boyfriend's suit into the washing machine with everything else. It was completely destroyed. They put it on hangers with plastic garment bags, apparently to fool me into thinking it had been dry cleaned, but it was warm to the touch, shrunk, and severely torn. The pants could not be repaired even by a professional and had to be junked. I thought returning the suit in a garment bag in that condition was past misleading into outright deceitful. The benefits of the wash/fold service here are the price and the very fast turnaround. I'm afraid there is a sacrifice of quality to get that speed. If I brought clothes here again, I would check the loads myself to make sure there was nothing in the pockets-- and I would not include anything that was delicate in any way, even for "dry cleaning." read more

I used to really like this place. It was really clean, had wifi and nice employees. I drove far outside my neighborhood to come here. Now its not as clean, no wifi and several machines are out of order. I hope the owners get it back to what it used to be. read more

I left my clothes to be done on Friday night around 6:30 pm. They were done - folded and - shirts hung by noon on the next day! No lost clothes - everything looks great and laundered to order. I will use this service again the next time I am through the area! read more

Had a hard time finding a laundromat with wash and fold service. Service here was great, it was very affordable and for the first time with wash and fold, I got my shirts and pants on hangars, not folded with the rest of my stuff. I'll definitely be going back and have told my co-workers about T-Dee. read more

My dryer broke and I have work soon! We live down the road so we were almost going to skip out on this place and go elsewhere because of the location. I'm glad we came in! It's super clean in here and nobody really bothers you; full of pretty plants and there's even a Galaga machine! They wash and fold your laundry for $1.10/lb ! I have been to a lot of laundromats, but today was the nicest one I have ever been too. It was not fancy or upscale, but very well cared for by Janet, the woman who runs it. I appreciate her work ethic. It was clean and actually felt pleasant. There were beautiful plants placed all over the place, which made it feel almost homey. I will go again. read more
