Incredible unprofessional owner who cannot stand by his company's commitements…read more I contacted these folks to take on a large job leading into the memorial day weekend. I rang them with 4 days lead time for the job. I have an elderly mother in the Albuquerque area that I take care of from 1000s of miles away so I rely on good yelp reviews and clear communication from businesses I contract to assist with things she needs done. This past weekend an exterminator found 3 bedbug carcasses in one room of her house and advised that we do a proactive full treatment to prevent any real issues. Part of this treatment plan requires that all textiles in the home get a deep cleaning in hot water or dry cleaning. I contacted this business and the lovely lady Suzy(?) at the reception took down all of my information and understood the situation and the ask. She told me she would verify with the business owner that they can take on the job. They called me back and said they could do it. So I setup a pickup for today (friday leading into the memorial day weekend). We have an exterminator coming by tomorrow to complete treatment. But, when the delivery guy gets there to pick up the laundry he calls his boss to say it's a lot of stuff. I had been clear it is every article of clothing and linen she owns. It's 6x 20gal trashbags and 3x 10gal trashbags full of laundry. Last minute, the owner calls me back and waffles before finally deciding he doesn't want to take on the job. Now I'm stuck trying to scramble and find someone last minute who is professional and stands by their commitments. I offered to pay any overtime or additional charges but the owner refused. Suzy the receptionist earns an A+ for being a pro, polite, and courteous. The delivery driver and the owner earn an F for being terribly unprofessional, backing out of a commitment and leaving my elderly mother stressed out. Kind of a dick move. Can't recommend these folks at all.

I notified her. This would be my last, even though I was going weekly because it's the closest to my home on my washer and dryer out, but any owner is not willing to talk to customers shouldn't be in business and one small basket of laundry shouldn't be $55-$65. there's a problem here I travel a lot and take my laundry to laundromats all over the country and it's averaging for something of that size and even larger $20-$30 price gouging lack of customer service and no regard for talking to a customer that had a concern. She already had answers to my concern before she even got to meet me, I was a consistent customer with large tickets and even set aside they were overcharging me because it was closest to my home, but if the owner herself doesn't take credit customer service, I highly recommend you go to one of the other nearby laundromats go somewhere where your patronage is valued she actually told me good luck going somewhere else bye
