Monday came and went with no call. So on Tuesday I called the main number and explained the situation to the person answering the phone. The woman told me she would call the manager and check on my curtains. I received a voicemail while I was on a conference call that they would dry clean the curtains and have them ready by Wednesday. They lead me to believe that they were able to dry clean them without a problem. Fast forward to Thursday when I picked up my curtains. My silk curtain was torn and the "manager" supposedly left me a voicemail that my curtain was damaged. Well that's a LIE! I told the customer service person to get the manager to call me....FAST FOWARD TO FRIDAY AND NO CALL! So now I have to leave this horrible review! There was no supposed sun damage on my curtain. They are also quality curtains that are only 8 years old. They is no reason why they should have been damaged and I have dry cleaned these curtains in Fort Worth TX before with no problem. This is ridiculous.

When I found Valet I called and asked for pricing, they were nice and answered all my questions. The pricing was cheaper than the other dry cleaners I used. That was a nice surprise. The service was good, not chatty or overly nice but standard service. They asked if I wanted the shirts starched (I was never asked that before) and at what level light or heavy. I asked if it was extra charge (since everything is extra nowadays) they said no extra charge. That was another surprise to me. ‍ They definitely pay attention to detail in the way you receive your clothing back. For the suits they put plastic pieces in the collars, tissue in the sleeves and had card board on the hangers to ensure the suits kept shape. Above and beyond what our last place would do. It felt like our clothes were well taken care of. They looked sharp! For first time experience I have no complaints.
