The wash around the clock laundromat on Montgomery boulevard is simply horrible!!! While it is clean, the machines seldom work properly particularly on the rinse cycles where no water comes in to rinse ! While they sometimes offer to move you to another machine, at $10.24 a pop to do your laundry, I expect machines to work the first time not have to invest another 30 minutes in laundry . This has happened to me several times and the first time I did accept being moved to another machine and they posted a sign on the first machine saying that it was out of service and the very next week that sign was gone and the machine was still operating in the same fashion. People just don't care anymore they want to charge you more and give you far less and I personally am done with that business model! read more

Coke machine was serving frozen cans, when I opened, the remaining liquid bubbled out completely. I was basically told too bad so sad. 'it's not our machine' Well it's IN YOUR STORE, and please don't try to tell me you aren't making money off it and im guessing it probably is your machine since there is no contact information on it like a normal 3rd party machine has. No wash and fold service provided. They have sign out saying the provide wash and fold but do not.

Yes, today I came to do some big comforters and I have a service dog. the sign that says no animals allowed. But service dogs are not considered regular animals. service animals are supposed to be allowed into public places. My dog was behaving being respectful and calm. The owner came and told me I needed to leave. He also told me that he knows the laws but he didn't care there was no animals allowed. I give him 1 stars because just cause I have medical issues I shouldn't be kicked out. read more

This laundromat is open 24/7 which is EXTREMELY helpful to someone like me who works until 1am-3am some nights. My full laundry, ( about two full 2ft tall by 1.5 ft wide) takes about 1.5 hours. All machines take about 22-25 minutes. They have small ($4) - XL machines ($8-9) which is especially fantastic if you are looking for a place to wash a comforter/ bedding or a just a few work shirts and pants or delicates. I tend to use two medium washers (cost is $6.50 or $7 per washer), and one to two dryers, which come in XL as well ($2 for 40 minutes, 25 cents for an extra five minutes each.) They do have multiple bill to coin exchangers as well as a person at the front counter to help if you have any issues. Machines at this location take quarters and tokens. There are two dispensers with dryer sheets, detergent, and softener. I have never used them but I have seen others use it, I'm not entirely sure how much it cost (probably $1-$3). I spend about $20-$28. They have two vending machines, one has sodas and water I believe and the other is snacks like chips and bars. (no cards and no tokens) They have plenty of cart/baskets for you to take your clothes from car to inside or just from machine to machine. Not half bad seats at the front of the store and fans constantly going near the dryer area which is helpful if you are folding on the tables they have, cools the clothes down faster. I honestly dislike doing laundry but recently since changing to this place, it's been easier. This is my go to place despite its location from my house, worth the drive. read more

These guys rock. Moved here about ten weeks ago. Took my laundry to two other places for wash n fold. Second place was $3 a pound. Ended up paying like $33 for a sad mall as mount of laundry. Went to these guys after I moved in to my place, took them a bunch of stuff and a bath towel and king sized sheets and cases. It was all $15!! I will be back. read more

This company was spraying pesticides around the laundry area while customers, including my children, were in the building. Absolutely unacceptable. Not to mention when I mentioned it, the desk lady was rude and told me to leave, which I already planned to do. Thank goodness we hadn't started washing our clothes yet and could easily exit to find another venue. The guy spraying the chemicals told me he works for an "organic" chemical company. Seriously? Volatile *organic* compounds (VOCs) are hazardous to human health and should be limited as much as possible; just because someone uses the word organic doesn't mean it's good for you. The ignorance and rudeness was off the charts here and I would avoid going here if you value polite service and your health. read more

Ok. Ok. Ok. Who reviews laundrymats? I do! And why not? I come here once a week, four times a month, 48 times a year! Sometimes I have two loads and sometimes I have eight. Regardless, if you have to go out to do your laundry... This is the best place in ABQ. Why? The staff is always friendly and helpful. They always have free fresh coffee made, with flavored creamer. The place is clean. They have four sizes of washers and the cost is average. The parking is sufficient with outside seating to smoke, drink your coffee, watch traffic pass by and chat it up with your bestie. Open 24 hours with a drop off service and two large tv's for those Sunday NFL games! I think I've just about covered it all. Oh yeah, one more thing, location is convenient. So, if you do laundry once a week or just need to wash your comforters a couple of times a year, this is the place to go. read more

The attendant was the only nice part about this experience. They massively overcharge (3.50 per wash and up to 6.50 per dry). They also remodeled and covered up all the outlets to discourage squatters. I understand their concern but instead of posting "amenities for customers only" and handling things case by case, they're punishing paying customers while also overcharging horrifically. I usually go to Happy Suds on Central, but I recently moved. I think I'll drive a little further and keep going there, considering Wednesday is free dryer day and they are the nicest folks. read more

One of the Attendants have poured Boric Acid into my Laundry when it was in the machine washing and the items being washed were ruined. But had just bought the items and still had the receipts and was able to return the items which were bed sheets and pillows and get my money back. read more
