I would give it no stars if I could. Let me provide you with some details, so you know my review is actually accurate, unlike these reviews posted here, which I wouldn't trust. I dropped my son's phone off on 12/13/2018 and got it back FINALLY on 1/3/2019, nearly a month later. I made NINE trips to the store and countless phone calls. I have a picture of the receipt for proof because I put down a deposit when I dropped it off. After I didn't hear anything for four or five days after dropping off my son's phone, and he was getting restless for his phone, I made a phone call to them, I was told that the screen they repaired was damaged and they "were about to call me" and they had to return the screen to the original manufacturer and had to reorder the part, so they would let me know when it would be back in. I was told it would be early the following week, which was getting close to Christmas. On the following week, when I didn't hear anything from the store, I tried calling multiple times, the phone would just ring and ring, even though Google said they were open and so did Yelp. I went by the store to find a "CLOSED" randomly up even though it was operational hours. I tried calling the following day, again, no answer, the voicemail was the standard voicemail, stating their regular operational hours, so they should have been open, but this time, I came by to see that they had their "OPEN" sign up but their doors were locked and they had a sign that said, "Happy Holidays" and said they were closed until 12/27. WOW! Thanks for telling me!!!! I then, made another trip on 12/28/2018 - also closed. They also didn't repair my son's phone at all - they weren't able to repair it but gave me half of my deposit back, which again, not pleased. So, I lost three weeks, countless trips to see them, suffered a lot of stress and lost $70 plus all the gas of getting there and back. I will NEVER go there again. I hope they close their doors forever and I wouldn't trust any reviews on here that are generic, that don't list specifics. BE CAREFUL.

I hate writing negative reviews, especially because I've been a customer here for years. In fact,…read moreI've purchased three phones from them this year alone and have always had a good experience. Unfortunately, you don't really find out how a business treats its customers until something goes wrong. I was a happy customer until I actually needed their help. That's when you find out what a business is really like. I purchased an iPhone for my elderly grandmother. She tried using it for a couple of weeks but ultimately decided it was too complicated and wanted to keep her old phone. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the device. it was still in like-new condition. I had the receipt and everything Before purchasing, I understood there was a 30-day warranty. What I wasn't told was that the "warranty" only covers repairs, not returns if a customer simply changes their mind. While that may be their policy, it's an incredibly unfriendly one for a business selling used phones. Instead of accepting a like-new phone back into inventory, they left me with a $500 phone that I now have to photograph, list, negotiate over, and sell myself. They could have easily resold it, but instead they chose to make it the customer's problem. I noticed several other reviews where people had similar concerns, and the responses are mostly some version of, "We're sorry you feel that way." At some point, it stops sounding like customer service and starts sounding like a pattern. I won't be buying my next phone here. Not because of the product, but because customer service matters most when something doesn't go exactly as planned.

We went right over and Zaid was very welcoming and and took care of the problem within 10 minutes as promised. Zaid went above and beyond!! We can tell he feels the customer comes first and wants to see happy customers. Extremely accommodating! They have a full line of product there too. I'm spreading the news with friends and family to let them know if they ever need help with their cell phones this is the place to go! Thank you so much Zaid for the top notch service you gave us! They replaced my screen on July 4th but the under-display fingerprint sensor no longer worked. I took it back a week later, was told they'd order a new part and replace the screen, AGAIN, and call me when it came in. I waited 3 weeks, called 3 times, no response. Returned to the store August 1st for a refund but they refused for the following reasons: 1: They claimed they couldn't calibrate the sensor because they aren't allowed to touch customer fingerprints. (The Google calibration tool uses a rubber piece, not a finger) #2: They openly admitted they install cheap aftermarket screens that "don't like to calibrate." #3: They claimed the screen and fingerprint sensor are separate issues. On a Pixel 7, the sensor is built directly into the screen assembly. #4: They told me it was my job as the customer to do the hardware calibration myself. They install cheap, incompatible parts, ignore your attempts to contact them, expect the customer to accept a new screen with non-working biometrics, and refuse to refund. I used to work for Phillips Labs/DOD at KAFB as an engineering Tech! So I know personally from experience that, for the most part, "computer nerds" aren't the most sociable people with infectious personalities. This guy DJ, the owner, is just like that. His customer service skills are extremely piss poor! He keeps pushing you to pay $50 for a consulting fee without detailed explanation of his capabilities and any assurance whatsoever that he can get the job done. When this was SIMPLY and respectfully stated to him as a potential customer concern, he threw a tantrum like a little kid and hung up like a little punk. Computers are major purchases where you are spending as much as $3000 or more!!! Thats not chump change in this current economy. I was prepared to drop that because I need what I need and I have the money. However, just because a person may be smart enough to understand everything about motherboards, RAM Memory, and processor chips doesn't mean he knows how to conduct business properly!!! That seems to be the case here! If you are spending hundreds upon thousands of dollars, you want to be assured that you have someone that's going to be reliable and personable enough to answer your basic questions! Trust and believe that I know enough about computers that I'm not just asking errant non-applicable nonsense! When you get down to brass tacks, I just wanted to be assured that he was capable of delivering what i needed for the amount of money I was planning to spend (thousands) with him as opposed to going to a big box retail store. His lack of decorum, class, business knowledge, and patience was what I received! We don't patronize a business because they know they have the knowledge in their head but otherwise can't convincingly assure the paying customer that they and their money are in good hands! They said that I probably brought it to them broken (which is untrue since I was using the phone up until I dropped it off) but that they would fix it anyways because they neglected to check it when I dropped it off. 3 full days later I get a call to pick up my newly non-cracked phone. About a week later, upon trying to use the camera for the first time I discovered that the phones flash had mysteriously stopped working. Fast forward to last week, my boyfriend dropped my Nexus 4 and cracked the screen. He does some research and finds that the only place in town with the right parts is Full Bars on the Westside. Without telling me, he brings it down for repairs. Of course they don't have it done by the designated time and even made him wait in the lobby for almost an hour before saying "just come back later". I received the shiny repaired phone then had a rather unpleasant time when I received my first call. The proximity sensor believed that my head was always near the phone and prevented me from ending calls or accessing the screen. After some research and a skilled tech hand, we dismantled it to find that they put the gasket on backwards around the sensor. On top of that, the Nexus 4 repair costs were nearly $200. Never...again...
