As popular as iPhones are you'd think these places come a dime a dozen, buttttttt NO!!! AnyWHO, AJ got my shattered iPhone screen changed lickety-split. I had various choices of face plate colors, only downfall is that they don't sell the matching back, hey I'm made whole & that's all that matters & for half the price quoted at Apple & with a warranty might I add?????? I replaced the battery in my Iphone 11 and in the process of doing so, i cracked my screen. So i go in and they replace my screen. Which was fine. But after the replacement my ear speaker didn't work anymore, nor does my facial recognition. I didn't know this for a couple days. Then I take my phone back in to get that warrantied. I had 30 days for the warranty. Its only been 7 days. They said they can't do anything for me since I replaced my battery BEFORE I went to them to replace the screen. They blamed me for tearing the tether cable after they installed the new screen. Save your money and time and go somewhere else. read more

This place is awesome!! I can give it the highest rating because I've been served 4 times, 3 for my IPAD 2 the screen was cracked twice and third a sensor was a problem under screen that caused the keypad to go berserk. Each time I received service it was professional and I was pleased with the work, the cost was very reasonable. Today I returned for service on my IPHONE 6, the speaker went bad due to defect, no insurance. It would have been very expensive at Apple store to replace, I received an EXCELLENT deal and fast service ( 10 Min) AJ helped me today and also worked on my iPad in the past. THIS PLACE SUCKS and I haven't even got my phone fixed yet!! Bought an "early bird" groupon, took phone to get fixed and they said early bird pertains to fixes before 1:00 pm. There is nothing on the groupon fine print stating anything like that. I offered to pay the difference. They said they had to contact manager for approval. Manager didn't answer text. They said i could pay full price and return groupon. i didn't wanna take that chance. Management needs to ensure groupon is clear or employees are able to honor groupon (or at least allow customer to pay difference if willing) VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! BOO!!! NOT WORTH THE HASSLE!! I live across town and now have to go back for repair from people that already do not deserve my business (or yours)! BUYER BEWARE!! I would NOT recommend getting your phone screen repaired here simply because the quality of the screens they use is utter and complete trash. Mine broke within a week AND I had a screen protector on. Absolutely sad. Plus the employee working the stand was rude and had a smarta$$ attitude. Treated me like I was born yesterday. Had to take the phone back a week later because my charger wasn't working after it was repaired. Turns out he didn't screw one of the small secure screws in at the bottom of the phone. It's just an unassuming kiosk in the mall, but these guys fixed my completely cracked phone in under an hour for less than $100. 5 stars for convenience, efficiency, and service. 10/10 would go again after throwing my phone like an idiot. read more

The person at the kiosk replaced my iPhone 4 face with a product that was not made by apple. The people at the apple store said it pressed up against the circuitry and shorted out the mother board. Apple would not trade out the phone because it had a non apple certified part in it. When I went back and told the kid at the kiosk. He gave me another broken apple face. He wouldn't even put it on for me. I will put it on and take it to the apple store. Hopefully with the original part back in they will trade it out for $150.00. My advice. Never, never, never do business at a kiosk in the mall. read more

Brought my phone here to have the screen repaired. They nowqouted the price 3 times (each time going up in price). When repaired the screen they broke the speaker. They promised for two weeks to repair and they needed to order the replacement part. They never did. Now they refuse to replace. Untrustworthy. read more

i took my phone to get repaired there they said the fixed but all my photos were blurry. took it back to fix it they said they had to order a new screen these were bad. they told me to come back in 3 day i did. they did have them they told me to come back the next day ...they didn't have them they talk about their rear end they have no idea what they are doing there. a JOKE that good review must be a friend. people need to know of their horrible business practice. read more

Paid $128 to get my iPhone 7 plus screen repaired and they ruined my ear speaker. Took three trips for them to order a part to replace it and when I came back to get it fixed, I sat at the kiosk with NO ONE there to help for 30 minutes. DO NOT RECCOMEND!! Save your money. read more

I went to this place to get a cracked iphone screen replaced. It costs $97.54. (iphone 5s). They repaired it fast and it seemed to work fine UNTIL less than 2 weeks later, I placed (not dropped, not slammed, not thrown) my iphone face down on the counter. My new iphone screen shattered. I brought the phone back to the kiosk at Coronado on a Sunday (Nov. 2) at noon. The booth wasn't opened. We waited. About 12:30 a guy showed up to open the kiosk and we told him what happened. The guy was a jerk. He pretty much said too bad. He said that no way the phone was just placed on the counter. He said it must have been dropped. It was not. He said it's not covered by a warranty and I'd have to pay for another repair.. I said, if your screen only lasts a little over a week, why in the hell would I buy another one? He said there's no way it was their fault or the quality of screen. I beg to differ. If a screen cracks from the slight vibration of placing it on a counter, I say the screen glass is crap and of poor quality. Good quality screens do not shatter from the vibrations of placing the phone on the counter. This one did. Needless to say, we went across the street to the Apple Store and got the screen replaced for $30 more than this place charges.. Now I have a REAL Apple Quality Screen on my phone.. Dropped iPad 2, broken screen, looked in Santa Fe for repair and found nothing, went to the Apple Store to get a fresh iPad and one of the good people there suggested that there had been a repair place at Coronado at one time...I had already discussed Apples repair/replacement methods and decided to see what else I could find. I bought my new Air 2, and then went looking for a fix for my old 2. i repair had a decent price and turn time with a reasonable warranty. I dropped my iPad off at about 12:00 noon and had it back by 2:00. I let the repair adhesive dry for 24 hours as instructed and after peeling the protective shield off the screen today, I had a beautifully refreshed iPad. The guys that run the business are knowledgeable, friendly and do excellent work. Their price and turn time are a great combination. I'm happy. Location, parking and easy access are a big plus here. I'll use them as needed without hesitation. read more

It was the first time the screen on my phone had ever cracked. I decided to take it to Fast IRepair and get it replaced because i heard its cheap. Its the first day i have the screen on my phone and all of my photos are blurry. Even pictures on Instagram, facebook, tumblr and videos on YouTube are blurry as can be. Id rather have a cracked screen then a blurry one. Whenever it is my birthday and i get enough money I'm going to the Apple Store and buying myself a good quality screen, one that wont maje everything blurry. Its sad i really had hope id have a good time here but i didnt. So far the only thing ive noticed is the blurry ness of photos and videos if something else happens you bet ill add it on. read more
