I don't feel happy with picking it up after dropping it off to a professional business who receives money from customers claims (and having to pay the service fee isn't cheep $100). Turn in a laptop to be repaired you would expect small things like wiping off your dirty hand prints after working on it. but since that service cost as a cleaning! So remember that you don't pay for a clean laptop just to have it work. No call to let me know it was ready, just by chance checked the status of my repair in Verizon's Asurion's website. I wouldn't take my money here if it wasn't the only choice that was available in Albuquerque that Verizon can use. To me it's gross! Getting it back like this because I didn't turn it in like that so I expected at least the same amount of cleanliness, but when I called to ask why it wasn't at least wiped off, I'm told that's a cleaning and not part of the process for the issue. Spoke to 2 other local "repair" shops..who told me : 1) they had had similar issues brought by people from the same "repair(non repair shop) 2)i was told I had to buy another IPAD. It was ruined. . hundreds of dollars later....supposedly fixed....came home to my typing going to mandarin, battery (which was replaced) running out like it did before it was replaced....now I get some "box " on my screen that shows up out of nowhere... and also when they "repaired" it I've lost a lot of my stuff. After a lot of pushback from the owner I believed We left on good terms....and thought ..hoped..I had a repaired IPAD. I have put off writing this as I keep hoping all this too would resolve" NOPE...been there too many times..dealing with it every day this week. No point in taking it back. They got paid.
