I stated " you ARE the repair shop" ..I was told I didn't understand what she was .. after 4 times of the same words..I got angry and said "you are the Fing repair shop"....left..went to Apple they couldn't do anything as "the REPAIR SHOP" was responsible. Spoke to 2 other local "repair" shops..who told me : 1) they had had similar issues brought by people from the same "repair(non repair shop) 2)i was told I had to buy another IPAD. It was ruined. . hundreds of dollars later....supposedly fixed....came home to my typing going to mandarin, battery (which was replaced) running out like it did before it was replaced....now I get some "box " on my screen that shows up out of nowhere... and also when they "repaired" it I've lost a lot of my stuff.
