HORRIBLE SERVICE, my mom took her phone in to get fixed they thought it was the phone battery (wasn't the battery) she got her phone back for ONE day all glued into pieces with rubber bands holding it in place.. then it broke again, she took it back so they could fix it again they had her phone for 4 days ended up not figuring out what was wrong with it & threw away her original phone battery & gave her back her phone WITH NO BATTERY!! the manager Gary is very unprofessional & very rude to his employee's, I would not recommend this place at all they shouldn't even be open for business anymore!!! read more

My iPhone got clogged with lint and wouldn't charge. I'm traveling and need my phone for things like boarding passes so, in a panic I called Cloud9. The technician said, "come on down," so we hopped in our rental car and drove over. When we arrived he dropped everything to fix my phone. Minutes later he had cleared the lint and my phone was able to charge. Great work. He didn't even charge me anything! Definitely 5 star service. read more

I thought the screen on my iPhone was broken. Shine recognized that it was only the screen protector. Obviously, a dishonest person would play along with my ignorance and take advantage of me. Shine did not! He offered a new Otterbox case - which I needed - at well below retail and gave me - for free - a new screen protector that didn't quite fit for me to use while he ordered one that did. Today I got the new screen protector that fits and was reminded again how honest, cordial, efficient, patient and knowledgeable Shine is. Came in as I needed to get screen replacement for business cell, and the owner was helpful & honest while speaking on the phone and said my cell would only need a replacement for the screen as I was being told by others to get a whole brand new phone. Took it in and he replaced & repaired what was necessary within 45 minutes and saved me well over $1000.00 dollars with what it would of cost to replace phone and walked away paying under $150.00. These guys ruined my I-pad. Needed a simple battery repair and their Santa Fe repair guy, Shine, ended up using a ton of glue because he said the screen had a small crack. Didn't even ask me if I wanted it replaced, which would have avoided the problem. He eventually acknowledged his inexperience and sent it to Albuquerque, and after two weeks they claimed it was fixed. Nope. It's been screwing up the touchscreen and other aspects of the machine ever since. Now I get to spend money I don't have buying a new one. The other reviews here seem to indicate they're good with phones, so stick to that! read more

I was sitting outside waiting for the store to open and i had noticed a guy in the car next to me smoking out of a bong, i continued waiting for the store to open at 10:30 and the man who opened the store this morning with longer brown hair first of all walked in to the subway next door by accident and then continued to walk back out and dropped the keys to open the store. i have come here a handful of times to get my devices fixed but i immediately left because i don't trust leaving my phone with someone who doesn't even walk into the right building. never coming again. read more

I stopped in about 45 minutes before he closed looking to get an estimate on my daughter's broken iPhone screen. He told me he could do it for $65 and he'd do it right then. We took my iPhone 7 to there store when it broke. When we did and got our phone back the home button was popping out of the screen. With this he took it back he only popped it back in and did take it back to make sure it was good.when we got it back again it was still higher than it was supposed to be. We expressed our concerns with him. He said that it was fine but it wasn't. When we were checking the phone when we got back home he did not put back a pentalobe (screws by the speaker).This makes us believe that it caused the phone to break easier. I was on a run a few days ago and my phone became detached from my person and fell to the ground. I saw an unfortunate glitching error and discovered a dead spot on one side of my screen. After completing my run I stopped by Cloud 9 and showed the employee there the damage. He had it fixed in under 30 minutes and charged less than $50. He was very friendly and played great music. I broke my screen about 2 months ago. I called them up since someone I knew had used them for a repair. They answered my call and ordered the part for me right away. (I have an older non flagship android so that's why they had to order the part) They fixed my screen later that week and it is working like new and I have had no problems since they fixed it. The service was great their as well. Ever was very helpful ordering my replacement screen and it arrived the next day. When the part came in, Jacob fixed my screen very quick and the phone worked perfectly and still works just like it did when I got it. If you are looking for a good place in Rio Rancho to get your phone or any electronic devices you have, Cloud 9 is a great choice. Everyone there was very kind and helpful and my phone works amazing for a very affordable repair price.
