The matcha (light or strong) is squeezed from a premade bottle over the milk (oak or whole), puree-syrup, and ice. Overall, it was pretty sweet but good. I asked for the pull tab lid not to be added as I wanted to reuse the cup (thin but pretty sturdy plastic) later. The lip of the slim and tall plastic cup is relatively smooth. We had a small mishap where she got the date of when I needed my cake by wrong so when I went to pick up it was not ready, but Hannah was able to deliver me my cake later in the day and even refunded me!
