Such a cute name, and a great first stop. The design and art here was great, but space was underwhelming and very blan besides the sign. Additionally the coffee was good but nothing outstanding . And customer service was nothing to hype about

Solid coffee spot! Fun menu to pick from - Aussie style/inspired. Would definitely try another coffee if I'm in the area

Such a cozy and cool coffee shop to visit while visiting Saint Augustine. Had the pleasure of enjoying a Honey Badger hot latte and a slice of banana bread...Sooooo yummy! Customer service was delightful by the friendly and professional staff. Excited to return and try some more great coffee and baked goods!

No complaints! I really enjoyed the options. :) it's more of a grab and go spot.

Great coffee but more of a grab and go spot. There are seats but it's not like a "open your laptop" environment.

Saw this local coffee shop at st Augustine. We decided to try it. We ordered hot chocolate, diesel ice, ice brew, and a latte. The service was quick and easy. But locally, the coffee is really good.

Service was great and staff was so helpful. The coffee was delicious and the space was clean and comfortable. This a great space to work or catch up.

Very cute spot in historic St Augustine. We came for a quick coffee while waiting to do some family photos. The place is quiet and quaint- could easily sit and do some work from here if needed. The service was quick and the staff were friendly. We ordered an iced honey badger and a gluten free, vegan pumpkin donut. I am not one who usually orders gluten free or vegan but it looked so good and our kiddos wanted to try it. They devoured it quickly even with some nuts in it (which they don't typically like). I snagged a small piece before they took it all and thought it had great flavor and was very moist. Would come back to grab a coffee and walk around and do some shopping in St Augustine

Cute small cafe, they have their own coffee and cold brew for sale! The savory pies were delicious, simple pastries items with a grab and go as well. Quick service made it easy in and out with little ones.

The honey badger and meat pie! I didn't take a photo of these as I was enjoying the moment! But a must try when visiting St Augustine!

Sweet heat oat milk latte

Let me start up by saying that this review is for the Saint Augustine amphitheater, flea market kookaburra, but I've been to them all. I normally get a hot oat milk latte whenever I go in and I really enjoy it and last week I came to the amphitheater for the farmers market and I went to the kookaburra in here. I got myself my normal oatmeal latte. That being said, here I am this week at the farmers market and I stopped in again to get a latte and then I remembered that last week my wife and I saw they had a sweet heat latte and let me tell you this is fantastic. They do serve it at all the locations and they also sell syrup and you can make it at home. Great customer service always with friendly people.

Meat pie

The Kookaburra is such a sweet shop in historic St. Augustine. The staff are super friendly and get to know everyone. We went multiple mornings in a row, and they were very kind to save us one of their savory pies on our last day! My two favorite items are the meat pie and the iced Aussie. The meat pie is served at lunch and has the most beautiful flakey, buttery crust. I love the savory filling, and it goes perfectly with their datil hot sauce. The iced Aussie is a refreshing iced coffee with house made vanilla sweetener. I had to ask for extra sweetener is bring out the flavor. The true blue pie (egg, cheddar, rosemary) was also good, but could have used more cheddar. The green goddess drink didn't have a strong green tea flavor and tasted a bit watery. The chai tea had pretty strong spices which I really enjoyed, but did also taste a bit watered down. Really love this place and would come back many times for more of their meat pies!

A trendy coffee shop in a great area in St Augustine! They offer a great selection of coffees which tasted great; I got the Aussie iced. They also have some other snacks and cute merchandise as well! The baristas were also nice and it wasn't busy at all.

Great coffee, the location right downtown is very small but a cozy atmosphere. The coffee can be on the bitter side every now and then.

Excellent coffee! Very friendly staff. It is located right next to St. George St with a lot of tourist places on it.

Coffee is delicious, not really a hangout spot. Didn't try Aussie pie but they smell great.

Sweetwater Coffee understood the assignment…read more I ordered the banana bread latte and let me just say... if banana bread and coffee had a personality, this would be it. It was smooth, cozy, and somehow tasted like a hug but also woke me up like I had responsibilities. This was much needed after we landed from cold Chicago, like "hey girl"! Perfect balance of flavor and caffeine, not overly sweet, and actually tasted like real coffee (which is rare these days). If you're in St. Augustine, do yourself a favor and stop here, you'll leave caffeinated, happy, and maybe a little motivated as well!

Not only did I find delicious coffee and beautiful local art - which is what you'd expect and hope to find given the name - but fresh, homemade breakfast/lunch options and some of the most genuine, sweet people who remember their regulars and truly appreciate customer loyalty, which is far too rare in the service industry these days. In 3 years, I've had only great food and coffee here, but it's the warm, thoughtful, human element that has kept me coming back and will keep me coming for years to come. Thank you, Mike and the Sweetwater crew! *A note for my fellow wheeled peops: It's small, depending on the type of chair you have, and may require deft maneuvering but there is an accessible entrance in the back between Chase bank and the Villa Zorayda museum. If you need help getting in, call. They will all help, without hesitation. Don't miss out on an amazing experience.

Finally got a chance to stop in here for coffee and they have made a new loyal fan!…read more I tried out the black sesame latte with pistachio milk iced and it was delicious. There was already the nutty flavor from the sesame seeds and adding the pistachio milk gave another boost to this that I thoroughly enjoyed. Perfect amount of sweetness. Did not need anything extra added. It does make for a pricey cup of coffee but worth it for specialty drinks like this. There are health benefits to the black sesame too. Very cool, relaxing vibe here that is not pretentious. There are other Japanese coffee items on the menu which I can't wait to come back to try. The barista was super friendly and knows his stuff when asked about items on the menu. I should've asked if the haku-san cold brew was ice brewed (Kyoto style). Will have to ask next time. I also grabbed a pumpkin muffin and chocolate chip pistachio cookie. Both were delicious. This place serves tapas style food as well that we'll hopefully get a chance to sit down and try out one of these days.
