An utter gem located in HmongTown Marketplace!…read more When I went, I was floored by the prices. Usually, in these inflation-ridden times, I find myself aghast at how high prices have gotten. But at Rose's Kitchen, I was stunned by how low the prices were. On the day I went, the restaurant was offering a dine-in special - a bowl of pho for 5 DOLLARS! And even more shocking, the bowl wasn't tiny. It was actually a decent portion of piping hot broth with a generous amount of noodles and a nice amount of meat. And the pho was delicious! If that wasn't crazy enough, the restaurant offered other specials like 2 sesame balls for $1 and 2 meat skewers for $5. Because I was hungry, I took advantage of both of these deals. The sesame balls were large and had plenty of filling, and the skewers were meaty boys. Everything was so tasty. The sesame balls were fried perfectly, and the meat on the skewers was tender and flavorful. I also got naab vaam (the tri color dessert) and a green cream soda drink that I forgot the name of. Both were refreshing and sweet. So I got a bowl of pho, 2 meat skewers, 2 sesame balls, dessert, and a drink - and it was all for 21 DOLLARS. And the chef was so, so sweet. Friendly and attentive and even refilled my naab vaam with coconut milk FOR FREE. One of the highlights of my trip to the Twin Cities and somewhere I will definitely go to again when I'm in the area, which I hope is soon

Stopped by for a quick bite after workout and before my evening meeting. It was my 1st time at this…read morelocation. The server was friendly but he was super busy because it seemed like he was the only server who was also taking care of to-go orders. The food was ready relatively fast. I was disappointed in the taste of it because a few pieces of the chicken were a little dry and some of them weren't the type of crunchy you would expect of Korean fried chicken. The restaurant is spacious and clean.

I was in town on business and looked up restaurants close to my hotel. This one popped up and was…read moreabout five minutes from me. It is located in a small strip plaza and you just walk in to be seated. They are extremely busy with people seated to eat and to-go orders. When I arrived, someone was cleaning tables, taking payment, and delivering food to tables. This was all being done by the same person. He directed me to a table, gave me a menu, and brought me a glass of water with a straw. He was moving about the restaurant taking orders, cashing people out, cleaning tables, and delivering food the entire time I was there. He came to get my order after about ten minutes. I ordered the Seoul sampler with the soy garlic sauce on the chicken. I thoroughly enjoyed this meal. The chicken was cooked and seasoned to perfection. It was crunchy and flavorful. There was a lot of food too. I ended up taking some back to my hotel and eating it later. It was hard not going back to this restaurant during my stay, but I wanted to try different places. It took about fifteen minutes for my food to arrive at the table and bulgogi fries came out first on a separate plate. This sampler is a good representation of several of their menu items. I recommend getting it if you are new to this restaurant. I paid $46 after adding a tip.

Ordered in the car after a good thrift, was ready in like 10 minutes which was awesome because we…read morewere desperate. Got 8 piece boneless combo, fries were definitely soggy and I would've liked more seasoning, garlic parmesan was unimpressive but hot honey was fantastic (but would've liked more sauce too), side of ranch was massive (yay!). Dude behind the counter forgot our drinks but was nice about it when we reminded him. Limited space, practically standing room only since it's just take out place. Would get the hot honey wings again but everything else was skippable.

I think Wingstop may replace my go-to place for wings…read more I typically for for a mild or medium buffalo sauce but decided to venture out since this was our first time trying Wingstop. We got a 30-wing combo thing that came with the wings and fries. The fries were not desirable at all, tried a few, thought nawwww, fries can't be that bad, tried it again and was sure that these may be the worst fries I've ever had. But I didn't go to Wingstop for the fries, so I didn't let that bother me too much! We got three different flavors and enjoyed them all! First up, hot honey rub - this one was my favorite. This is probably my favorite wing with a dry spice rub. It had a little kick with a little taste of sweetness. Soooo good! Next was the spicy Korean Q. It was good. I didn't have any spice in mine, it was more like a teriyaki sauce. Nonetheless, super good! Not knowing how spicy the first two were, we had to order safe one for the kiddo. We went with the lemon pepper. It wasn't my choice, I just agreed. But I was actually really happy we went with it! Great amount of tangy then the salt and pepper was perfect. We will be visiting Wingstop again soon!
