We had some surprise challenges along the way, Our home was built in the 1970s with outdated galvanized plumbing, we were unaware that the pipes were corroding from the inside out, once discovered we realized that we were now looking at two projects; re-plumbing and a Kitchen Remodel! Thus far staff have been very accommodating and patient, they have worked with us to get the plumbing issues corrected and while it's not in-expensive I'm glad they caught the issues during the remodel and were upfront with us about it, after speaking with the plumber we chose to have our home re-plumbed and replace all the galvanized pipes with PEX. This process is involved and requires significant portions of the drywall throughout our home to be re-done. This is going to delay Ceramic City's plan to install new tile, cabinets and counters but they are working with us and keeping in contact weekly to check in. We appreciate the customer service especially with the added stress the plumbing has caused.

The guy ends up sealing my bathroom shut with mortar and pouring mortar into the drain of my shower so now, I ah s to have it fixed which requires ripping up the new tile. I know it's costly, but they are not owning up to there responsibilities and trying to take advantage of a woman who just paid them 5000$ for a showe that didn't work! They are refusing to fix it. They have a beautiful selection and so many neat features to add to your kitchen to make your space feel more worthy. Our kitchen had a water leak discovered so we needed to renovate our kitchen. During the renovation process, Joseph would be present during the install or after a part of the project was completed for the day, Joseph would stop by to inspect and confirm that things were done correctly. I do appreciate his level of standards. Communication between us as a client and the company was very strong and effective. The outcome of this project was a beautiful kitchen. It has now been closer to almost two years since our kitchen was completed and I'm still in awe of the results. If you're looking for a company who can help do a project and just go through one chain of command instead of looking for several vendors, this is the company to hire. I also got to meet with Tony after the project was completed and he was super nice. They all are truly amazing at what they do. The choices they have are amazing. Tony is great and helped us pick out the two-tone slim shaker cabinets and quartz countertop. They added much more storage by removing the soffit and raising the cabinet height. The new cabinet inserts make the organization and access so much easier. On the remodeling side of their business, we had them replace our floors and countertops. We also decided to have them replace the cabinets in our powder room which really gave it an upgrade. The workers they use are thoughtful in how they complete the work. Joseph and Tony had great service and communication throughout the whole process. Excellent company! This was a major project they did for me. The existing wood floor had to be…read moreremoved and was replaced with tile. The tile was a special type of installation with the smallest space between large tiles with a natural marble design on the tile where the veining had to match up throughout. These experts started by carefully protecting all surfaces and items that could not be moved out of my home. The project was on the second level so lots of going up and down for removal of the old floor, tile cutting, baseboard cutting and much more. The project was very involved, as it was the entire living area with a kitchen and a bathroom, and there were unexpected issues with the existing construction that needed to be addressed to complete the new floor. They were amazing and knew exactly what to do with every aspect of the project, with extreme precision and skill. I was impressed with how talented everyone was. Highly professional, knowledgeable, skilled and meticulous. And with strong design recommendations for everything, if I wanted them, and I did want them - because they were great recommendations. They took the time at the very start to help me choose the most beautiful flooring possible, and kept the same level of creating a beautiful floor from start to finish. They even made selections for me during the project that were higher end that didn't add cost. Everything they did was outstanding. The level of skill of every type was incredible.
