I drove to the middle of nowhere to custom order a hot tub and ready to make the purchase right then and there. Well there was a $2400 sale to be made right there on the phone. I decided my business was welcomed elsewhere.

The meeting went well and the person that showed up at my house was nice and polite. The problem was that I felt as if I had to chase the person in order to get my bid. They stated that they had to go out of town and I would get the bid when they returned. So I received the bid 7 days after my appointment and 5 days after all the other bids. The price of the concrete was a fair price but I decided to go with another company because of the time frame I needed. Perhaps next project I can use this company.

This year we decided our master bathroom needed a huge improvement so we called Mark Carter up again. He, as before worked with us and took care of all the details needed. He made sure the new bathroom had the ADA requirements so we can 'age in place' such as the grab bars/towel bar and toilet roll holder/grab bar and the space needed for a wheel chair was factored in.
