Well, the salesperson forgot to add the serging part so when it was delivered to my house, it was just a raw piece of carpet. The salesperson admitted it was her mistake and apologized but that was it. I had to find a company to do the serg, arrange to have the carpet shipped to the serging company, then pay to have it re-delivered to my house. So, the carpet manufacturer made money, Prosource made money, the salesperson probably got a little commission but I had to pay an additional $321 in delivery charges and it took another 3 weeks to get it done. All I asked for was 10% off the order amount (about $125) to cover some of the delivery charges. The salesperson stopped responding. That's less than excellent customer service.
