I was simply asking general pricing information, before hiring them to come out. Then a rude clown technician with a middle eastern accent called me back and he was even ruder, when i said i wanted to click over the other line, since i had another locksmith on hold that had given me a ball park price, after i texted him the picture of the lock, and I was simply doing due diligence to get the best price! This guy lost it! He absolutely refused to give me a ball park price, nor did he ask for a picture of the type of lock. He also hung up on me and was very aggressive and told to not bother them for service, since I had called another locksmith for an estimate??? Ripoff artists or so they thought - not today!!!! BYEE Then they sent me a text that said that they would not come out until the next day after 8am?? What a bunch of clowns. I called Mobile Lock and safe at 760-644-3362 and they were over in 20 minutes and a price had been established over the phone, since he had a picture of the lock type. Five minutes later he returned and said he could do the job for $125 per lock but would need to return the next morning. Given we were under time constraints I agreed and set time aside to meet with him this morning at 9am. I texted him at 7:45am to confirm our 9am meeting and he said that he couldn't do the job. Key4U is overpriced bail on their appointments. We ended up getting a locksmith that re keyed our three locks for $300.

Yet he was asking me for the make of my car model, my phone number and my address. I was thinking that it was only for reference in case if I did book an appointment. I asked him if he could give me an estimated number, and he said that if he guessed a price it would be lying, so I'd have to talk to the second guy about it. Alright, totally fine! There were some times when I couldn't understand him, and there was one time when he asked something with "would you like it tonight?" I said yes, thinking he was talking about the price. He said he'd call me back in 15 minutes. Well WHAT DO YOU KNOW! 15 minutes later, he texts saying he's at the front. Wait, he's at the front? He literally CAME OVER to my house! It's the guy that came over last night. I ignore and block, because I do not want to talk anymore. Then the first guy I talked to last night calls. Ugh, ignore and block! Then a THIRD number calls. Are you kidding me? IS IT NOT CLEAR THAT I DO NOT WANT TO TALK TO YOU?!?! 3 numbers? You can not be serious... At this point, I think this should be considered harassment. I don't know what it is that you want but I'm done talking to you guys. And NO, I'm NOT paying for anything. Y'all didn't even do service on me, and I didn't want you to come to my house in the first place. Your wasted gas is YOUR problem. I'm shocked that this service has a high rating. I'm dropping a 1 star on this, and hopefully after reading my review you could think twice before even CALLING these people... For me, I feel unsafe, knowing these people have my number and address (which I stupidly gave, guess you could label that as my fault).
