I had a great experience here, came in before the lunch rush at 11:45 and had 2 people ahead of us. Casual dine in, order at counter and pickup food to take to table when they call your name. I really enjoyed the burrito and bowl options, a lot of great add in options. I got the bowl with shaved lamb akak gyro, really good size and good flavor. A review update is in order, and even though their problem of an unusually early pickup email has persisted, I'm willing to give the 4th star. I placed my order online before I left home for a quick afternoon trip. I scheduled my pickup time to be in a couple of hours. Not even 10 minutes later, I got an email saying that my order was ready for pickup. "Aww here we go again!" I thought to myself. This had happened last year when I placed my order online for pickup three hours later, but after only one hour, I got the "your order is ready for pickup" email. Just like last year, I called to ensure that email was erroneous, and they did confirm it was, but also wasn't. What do I mean? Apparently, it was how their ticketing system was set up. The employee tried to explain it to me over the phone, but I had a difficult time understanding him and chalked it up to "faulty ticketing system" as the culprit. He then confirmed that his team could get my order ready by the promised pickup time, and I continued on my afternoon trip. He even knew my name before I even said it over the phone, so I thought that personal touch of customer service was kind of cool. I arrived about 5 minutes before my scheduled pickup time, and there wasn't any customer inside on this Friday evening. I was surprised! There were a few employees working, and they were pretty welcoming. The one I spoke to over the phone was ready to serve me at a moment's notice, and I told him I was here for pickup while acknowledging that I did come a little early. He did check on my order, and his team was still working on it. No surprise there. However, he remembered I had called a couple hours ago and took the initiative to show me why I received the erroneous email. He flipped the screen of orders around and showed me that in order to clear a ticket from the screen, they had to mark it as complete, and that would trigger the erroneous email to be sent. Now that I physically saw it, it made sense to me, but what doesn't make sense is why there was no workaround to suspending a ticket closer to the scheduled pickup time while leaving room for other tickets that may come later, but finish earlier? I feel with the current system they have, there's a greater likelihood of an inaccuracy on an online order than for an in-person order. Anyways, digressing aside, the team working that evening was pretty cool and welcoming. Compared to all the other locations, I feel this one has the most customer-centric employees, making sure the customer gets welcomed in once they step in, and wishing them a good evening once they step out. Then again, it was empty inside... I ordered my usual bowl as of late: The Grains Bowl with Chicken Shawarma as my protein with my go-to base being half & half Truffle Brown Rice and Fries. And since premium toppings are still complimentary on wraps and bowls for the time being, I had to go for those premium toppings. I still get a little annoyed with the inconsistency of the sauces from location to location. I've found myself playing a guessing game when I request sauces on the side; sometimes I'm asked to get the sauces myself, but other times, I get the sauces with my order. This time, I thought I had to get the sauces myself, but they actually included them in my takeout bag. So I got double the amount of sauces here lol. I was overall pleased with the bowl, which was filled to the brim that there was even a small onion and lettuce dangling over the edge of the bowl. The chicken might have been overcooked by a little, but it was barely a hindrance to the rest of the bowl, which tasted great and fresh with all those premium ingredients working well together like a symphony orchestra comprised of a multitude of instruments and talented musicians. I think the citrus vinaigrette really took the bowl to a whole another level of flavor; it was served on the side to me, so the contents of my bowl didn't get soggy while I was driving home. They have four sauce pumps in the rear of the shop, but only three were working; one of the two OG Yogurt sauce pumps must have run out of sauce, but the other one was luckily working. In fact, the remaining three were working normally when one pump would fill an entire cup, and the texture of the sauce was just right. My only other complaint about the bowl was their use of compostable material. Although they have since migrated from a rectangular bowl to a round bowl, the material remains the same, and I saw plenty of grease spots on the bottom of the bowl when I was done eating. It's also possible the sauces I used were the cause of the grease, but I still hope in the future, they'd consider using better material where the grease won't seep through to the exterior side of the bowl. read more

This place delivered on all fronts: the food was amazing, the service was top-notch, and the restaurant was spotless, I especially loved the open kitchen and the sauce station was the best! You can never have enough sauces, the OG Garlic Yogurt was FIRE! I ordered the Kabab Fries and a steak wrap, and both were amazing! Kabab Fries: The fries were super crispy, and the meat was packed with flavor. The pickled onions were genius, and the feta cheese was the cherry on top. Next time, I might add cucumbers and tomatoes for some freshness, but this dish already hits the spot without it. Wrap: Hands down, the best wrap I've ever had. The steak was on point, and the wrap itself was DA KINE!! BROKE DA MOUTH CUZ! . I loved the charred taste, the tomatoes, cucumbers, and once again, that garlic yogurt sauce amazing! We ordered 5 meals online to go. 4 bowls and 1 plate. 4 of us had the saffron rice as our base. We all thought it tasted bad, almost rancid but definitely tasted weird. When we started to eat, we couldn't get past a sour smell coming from the bowls. I figured out the smell was coming from the recycled material bowls. We all had to dump our bowls out onto a plate. Good thing we were at home. The smell of the bowls still stuck with the food so unfortunately, we didn't finish our food and ended up throwing most of it out. My elderly mother asked, "How much was this food?" I told her it was over $100 and she said, "Not worth it." I have to agree, the meal was disappointing to say the least. Also, even though we put our sauce choices on the order, we didn't receive any of them. When picking up the order, we were not told to get our own sauces otherwise we would have. I did fill out the survey that came to my email stating our poor experience and I got a email back acknowledging my experience but nothing else.
