Today, we ordered the Iced Caramel Macchiato, Iced Cinnamon Roll Latte, Spicy Beef Empanada, and their Key lime Pie. The coffees were good, but in my opinion, their pastries and snacks tasted better and left a bigger impression on me. The coffee flavors, I felt like I can find them elsewhere but the key lime pie was nice- just sweet enough and right level of tartness. The spicy beef empanada was nice too or maybe I was just hungry. You make sure to try it and let me know if it was really good or no. They offer indoor and outdoor seating but are both limited so get there at the right time or be ready for Togo. The interior is cleanly decorated and they seem to have put in a lot of time hand writing out the special menu and seasonal items. Yes I would recommend this place to others. I placed my order at the window, and got a Lavender iced Matcha latte with oat milk, a vanilla latte with oat milk and a Papito Chulo with oat milk. As I was ordering, I realized some of the names of the drinks are named after some of the monkeys they have shown on display in the truck which was a very cute touch. I wasn't able to read the stories of the monkeys, but I will certainly ask next time. The cashier/barista was very kind and patient while I decided what to order. I wasn't too crazy about the matcha, because I love a stronger, more astringent matcha, but the Papito Chulo was a hit and I would come back for that drink. My grandfather fell asleep in the hammock and I could have comfortably sat there for hours. Unfortunately, everything was limited today. No food, no pastries, no matcha. There was only one person on staff inside the truck who was available for additional questions with the ring of a bell. I ordered a lavender latte which was really subpar. I barely drank half of it and was relieved when I finally tossed it. My mom and grandparents ordered iced teas and no one was really impressed with their beverages. I want to come back another day to give Rosso another chance and hope that it's a completely different experience.

My chai tea latte is consistently on point: properly spiced, not syrupy sweet, and beautifully frothed. No lazy pours here. And the empanadas? Crisp exterior, generous filling, zero "gas station pastry" vibes. Yes, it's not cheap. But neither is quality. You're paying for a café that doesn't cut corners -- and honestly, I respect that. The space itself is small but intentionally cozy. Friendly staff, relaxed pace, no rushing you out the door -- which is rare and appreciated. This is where I go when I want to grab my caffeine, my flaky pastry, and coast until about 11 AM when reality hits and I consider going back. They had some fun drinks like the strawberry marshmallow, tiramisu matcha, and even banana foam. Luckily, there was three of us, so we got one of each of them. I got the banana foam and liked it. I loved that they had this option here as I know this is quite a popular flavor for matcha. I also loved that they had tiramisu as a matcha option instead of only coffee. All of us enjoyed our drinks. The inside was a great space with nice natural lighting. The two ladies helping us out were so friendly and I had such a joy speaking with them when deciding what to get on their menu. A great spot to grab a cute drink and maybe even work from!
