They had a case that wasn't too big of a selection but had a pretty good variety. The staff was super nice and helpful and was able to let us know the prices of any of the cards we asked. They have their own prices and do go by TCG Player but the prices were still fair and only a little bit above what we saw online. I left with a couple of cards. The space itself is super welcoming and seems like such a cool spot for those into the hobby. They had a lot of "cool stuff" for sale (great name!) and there was a tournament going on when we were there, which was pretty cool. Overall, a nice spot for cool stuff!

When I asked for help, I got dry, one-word responses like I was bothering them they didn't even look up at me while talking to me At one point I sneezed and the staff managed to look at me but somehow nobody could say "bless you." Not a big deal, but it perfectly sums up the vibe -- cold and weird. They kept staring at me while I shopped, and when walking past me in the aisles, not a single "excuse me." I had to physically move out of their way so they wouldn't bump into me. If making customers feel uncomfortable is the goal, they're doing amazing. I definitely won't be back.

From the outside it doesn't seem too big but you quickly realize how much space they're working with when you step inside. They're filled out wall to wall with comics, collectibles, figures & even have a RPG space set up. I've been to stores that heavily favor one category like super heroes, for example, while leaving all the other genres hanging. PPF however, has one of the best selection of varieties in my opinion. They're loaded with DC, Marvel, TMNT, horror, manga & also carry some niche ones. I also appreciate how they stay up to date on weekly & monthly releases with a section dedicated to them. Prices are solid & they often have a couple limited/exclusive variants. These are a bit overpriced but sometimes it's better to get them in person & support local rather than online & deal with shipping. Years ago, customer service was a bit iffy but recently it's been nothing but great. They greet you right away, have no issues answering questions & act like they appreciate your business. This is a great place to check out if you're a fan of pop culture, comics, figures or books in general. It's really hard to stop by & not leave with something in hand.

They had rows of different kinds of fabric. We found a row that had duck cloth, which we read about after we got home, that can be used for upholstery. We found a bolt that we both agreed upon and wanted to get a little swatch to see how it would look. It's not a manned area so you have to ring a desk bell and wait for someone to assist you. The girl that came to help us was very nice. She was the same girl I found in another part of the store and asked if they had fabric. She cut a piece for us and told us how much fabric we would need to reupholster 6 chairs. If the fabric looks good with our furniture, we'll be back!

I have started going to Hobby Lobby once or twice a month just because of how much I like the store. The prices are fair and they have great sales. The staff is helpful and courteous. They always answer my questions intelligently and even make some suggestions based on my requests. They have so many good, quality products, I just made my first online purchase from their website and that was a great experience as well. I have recommended this store to my friends and family. We got there early but ended up sitting 20 minutes watching 4 customers 5 including us have to walk away cause store wasn't open on time. Now benefit of the doubt maybe someone overslept or got sick. However being that this is the only hobby shop close to my area sucks this was first experience. Im a big collector of Bronze Age (1970 - 1986) comics and action figures. Sadly those old school shops are quickly vanishing and the Modern Age collectible shops are plentiful. This Cognizant Card shop was easy to navigate with a small room at the front displaying Pops figures and some large Anime figures. The rear room was full of Pokemon cards from 1996 - present including a grab bag case of common Pokemon cards for a few dollars each. There were several packages of various sports cards too. To my enjoyment they even had a couple bins of comic books. The employee was friendly and knowledgeable of his merchandise and advised he will buy select Pokemon cards from customers. This shop provides a 5% discount on all inventory for First Responders, which is a nice touch.

A week later....they reply that that don't repair DJI cameras due to supply shortages, tariffs, DJI delays, etc. etc.....their website highlights that they are the largest DJI repair service in the United States.....and you can't replace a camera on one of the most common drones in the US? And then, wait for it, got charged the full $140 for their 'service' and return shipping. And then, had to take time off work so I could be home waiting for the Fed Ex shipping to arrive because they required a signature. Dude - that was a total TOTAL waste of my time and energy. Oh, and money. Three weeks later, the same broken drone is sitting in front of me, I owe a coworker for covering for me, and I'm $200 poorer. Nice.

The store was huge and it literally is a crafter's delight! There are so many items for DIY projects and so much more. You can even buy a Christmas tree here! They have custom framing available and they also offer different classes throughout the year such as painting, crochet, arts and crafts and knitting. They also have a Kids Club with events and other fun things for them to do. The staff was nice enough but seemed a bit overwhelmed, maybe due to the season and it being pretty busy. A lot of shelves were bare and it seemed a bit disorganized. I only came in for one item so didn't get much of a chance to look around but I'll definitely be back!
